Very easy reservation process! Condo looked just like the posted pictures. Convenient access to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Condo! Cute decor.

The whole property is very well kept. First class! The Condo we stayed in was clean and decorated so cute! AC works very good too! Great view of the beach. Elevators are fast - that's a plus.

Good little condo

We love OB and staying beach front. This condo was great for just the two of us. Decorating was minimal which doesn’t really bother me. The remote for the living room light/fan didn’t work, not a big deal. I would stay here again.

Otange Besch visit

The worst thing was after driving 7+ hours we had to wait 45 minutes to get in our condo until almost 5:00 pm. The information said check in was at 4:00 not that check in starts at 4:00.

Short & loud visit

We booked a last minute, short visit to OBA this week. I was pleased with ease of booking & the location. However, I was NOT pleased with the construction noise that was all day each day during the week. The listing definitely didn’t mention this would be the case, so we were unpleasantly surprised. Horrible noise in the room but you could still hear it by the pool as well. With so many other options. I would have simply chosen another option. The property management apologized but said since I booked via VRBO (third party) I needed to let VRBO know my issues. So basically, nothing has been done other than they have forwarded my concerns. Not sure what that means but hopeful they will correct their listing so no one else will be unpleasantly surprised as well!
