Wonderful backyard!

We had a wonderful time! The pool, the hot tub and the fire pit were used everyday. We ended up booking an extra night because we didn’t want to leave.

Excellent Home and Pool

Enjoyed our stay and was our second time staying at this home. Pool was perfect for our family, kitchen had the essentials, and clean home. Host was very responsive to messages. Only a couple of minor suggestions/comments: no umbrellas or bases provided in the back (from messages with host, they were damaged from previous renters and wind), hot water became very hot, very fast (was great to have hot water quickly, but became too hot quickly), there are three switches in the bedrooms: lights, fans, outlets (wasn’t aware that the third switch controlled the outlets until the next morning when electronics didn’t change). Just a heads up for others renting the home. Overall wonder rental and would stay again.

We are Canadians who absolutely fell in love with this area last year while visiting with our three kids. Loved it so much we decided to buy here so that we could enjoy many years of fun and memories. I run a real estate company in Ontario and we love meeting new people which made this area so great. Everyone was so friendly!

Why they chose this property

We were attracted to this property because of the neighbourhood first. The fact that our 3 older children are so active, they loved all the amenities that were offered nearby. We also felt very safe here as it is on the outskirts of Phoenix and gives you a small town feel yet we were within 30 minutes of all the pro sports venues, Nascar, Lake pleasant, great shopping and amazing restaurants. The house itself was very well maintained and had a 2 year old pool and an amazing backyard. This was just too great of a package to pass up.

What makes this property unique

Driving up to Estrella Mountain Ranch has a unique feel of luxury and gave us a calming feeling as we drove into the community. The two lakes with walking paths, Starpoint Club with all its amenities and driving through the mountains is just amazing.
