Luxury Palm Valley Home with Pool and Hot Tub!

Relax and make yourself comfortable in this luxurious 2469 SF, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home with backyard oasis, private pool (Not heated but generally comfortable for use between April and October) and hot tub for year-round use. Built by one of Arizonas premier home builders in 2006, this home is fully furnished with all of the amenities. Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and upgraded appliances, BBQ grill and WiFi. King-size bed in master bedroom. Two queen-size beds in bedrooms 2+3 and a sofa sleeper in the den. Sleeps 6-8 guests comfortably. Two flat screen TVs are available, providing a full array of local and cable channels. Newer washer and dryer available.

The home is centrally located, within minutes to three spring training ballparks, NASCAR, historic Wigwam Golf Resort, Luke AFB, Loop 303, Westgate City Center, White Tank and Estrella regional parks, Arizona Cardinals Stadium and premier shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Garage reserved for owner use, with parking available in driveway for up to three vehicles.

Your hosts have lived in this home for three years and in Goodyear for 14 years. We know the area and personally manage this property, having been professional real estate agents during our time in Arizona. We were in Phoenix to visit friends. The location of this Vrbo was only 10 minutes from our friends. Nice location for food and grocery.It was nice to be able to enjoy the pool also.The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable!

Comfy with great ammenities

We loved the space, layout and amenities of this home. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the grill, playing board games in the dining room, and spending time outside on the patio, in the pool and in the hot tub. All of the beds were so comfy and we enjoyed every part of the home.

Perfect Getaway

We drove down to AZ for some sun during our spring break. This house was clean, welcoming, and the perfect place for our stay! The backyard is amazing, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We loved it so much we even extended our stay! We'd love to stay again someday.

BEAUTIFUL SUN OASIS

The hosts were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very prompt in responding to our request. Their home is beautiful and very relaxing! My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed our time at their home. The backyard is a beautiful oasis that allows for fun and relaxation in their beautiful pool which is what our trip was for! Amazing place in Goodyear!

Beautiful house! It was very clean spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s not too far from Luke Air Force Base so it was really cool to see the Jets flying over during the day very safe neighborhood and hosts were amazing. They communicated in a timely manner, answered all questions and would absolutely stay with this host again!

Perfect relaxation

The property was beyond our expectations. The decor was beautiful and welcoming. Kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware, utensils and dishware needed to prepare just about any meal. Entertainment options ran from games to puzzles, books to read to outside activities in the pool. I would quickly recommend this property to friends visiting the area. A true gem.

Ladies winter getaway 2024

Had a great time! House was nicely furnished and clean. Loved the pool and spa area. Unfortunately to cold to use the pool as it is winter in AZ as well! Hot tub made up for this. Kitchen nicely stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. Having laundry use was a plus for a longer stay. Goodyear is family friendly and close to shopping and hiking and golfing. thanks for a great stay!

Relax in spacious home with pool & hot tub

Very nice home with all the comforts of home you would want. Very well stocked kitchen and pantry and gorgeous backyard with evening lights in pool and on palm trees. Hot tub was also nice. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge with a large walk-in closet. All rooms had ceiling fans and HVAC kept house nice and cool! Highly recommend this property! Suggest you bring your pool rafts to lay around & soak in sun in their pool.

The home dreams are made of!

Look no further. You want a great place to stay? This is it! Everything is even better than pictured. Communication with the host before and during our stay was top notch. Comfy bed, great furnishings, lovely decor. We could tell that a lot of attention went into this home. We will definitely stay here again. Be aware that this home is very close to Luke Air Force Base. There were loud planes taking off near by at various times of the day, but not too late into the night. This did not diminish our stay in the least. We found it extra fun. Just thought it was fair to mention.

The best way to summarize my stay is WOW! The house was clean and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only draw back would be the noisy jets that fly over but that is way beyond the owner's control. The check in process was easy and communication was easy and prompt. Thank you so much! If I could give you more stars I definitely would!

It is a very well kept and clean house. We were in town to visit family and it had everything we could ask for. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. We had a couple of issues and the owners addresses them immediately. It was a perfect vacation!

Great family getaway

We had children an adults. Kitchen was stocked!! Location was perfect! Beds comfortable! Only down side was no pool toys or enough lounge chairs around pool. Other than that it was perfect!!! Highly recomend.

Spring Break in AZ

The property was exactly as described and in great condition. The pool was a little cool but we knew that was a risk this early in April so the hot tub got a lot more use! Getting to watch all the planes from Luke AFB was a treat for our future pilot. Check-in was easy and the hosts were in contact and easily accessible.
