Spacious 2635 sq ft home in Litchfield Park, near the corner of Indian School Road and Litchfield Avenue, w/ 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms(1 bed and full bath on main floor).Home completely re-furnished & professionally decorated. Three separate living areas in addition to the kitchen so everyone can have their own space. Huge back yard w/private pool & putting green. Covered patio with fans for those hot days as well as patio surrounding the pool for lounging in the sun and large balcony. All bedrooms have new mattresses (1 king, 2 queen, 2 twins). Over-sized master bedroom with walk-in closet, en-suite, with private water closet and patio doors leading to full balcony. Overhead fans in every room. Two large TVs with full HD cable package, outdoor speakers, two fireplaces, full size billiards table, shuffleboard table, foosball, mountain bikes, house alarm, huge natural gas BBQ, 3 patio sets, loungers, and swing. Kitchen has granite counter tops, filtered drinking water, all new small appliances, dishes and cutlery for 16 people. Front loading washer, dryer, local phone, free WIFI, air conditioning and much more. Includes all towels, bedding, linens, dishes, condiments, and spices. 25 minutes from airport and downtown. Walking distance to shopping, golf, & restaurants. Close to NFL stadium, arena, NASCAR raceway, spring training for baseball, Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium and Safari Park, mountains for biking & hiking, and many golf courses and shopping malls. Something for everyone!
Surrounding Area: Don't waste time traveling, location is everything. We are 25 minutes from the airport and down town Phoenix. Only 4 miles from I10 Interstate.

We enjoy using short-term rentals ourselves and hope that you will find that comfort in our home as well. The home is set up as a home away from home, not strictly as a rental. I have visited over 50 countries and love coming back to Goodyear, AZ. Hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
This home is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood. It is close to major roads but far enough away not to hear traffic noise. The house is also within walking distance of a pharmacy, two major grocery stores (Safeway and Walmart), a sports bar, Chinese restaurant and an Italian restaurant and many more. With Arizona's tough drinking and driving laws it's nice to have places within walking distance where you can go and enjoy a beer, glass of wine or drink and not worry about driving home.
A very large, beautiful park with a playground is just around the corner. Plenty of room for tossing a ball or frisbee around or hosting a bocce tournament.
There are many golf courses in the area as well as shopping, spring training, the NFL stadium, and much more to keep you busy and entertained.

What makes this property unique
There are four separate entertainment areas in the home which allow everyone to do their own thing. We are usually here with family and friends so this is a very nice setup. The pool area has tables, chairs and loungers for relaxing. A sound system for quiet background music. The main floor has a family room, adjacent to the kitchen, that seats up to six people for watching TV or just generally socializing. It also allows those people who like to cook the opportunity to do so while remaining in touch with the others. The games room on the main floor is usually a hub of activity from morning to night. Many people start their day here logging on to the WIFI internet to get caught up on news from home or to find a good deal on a golf game or maybe to buy tickets online to an upcoming event. As the day goes on people stop in to challenge each other to a game of pool or shuffleboard. The upstairs family room seats at least 9 people to watch TV. There is also a foosball table and pub height table and chairs that can be used for your computer setup, workstation, or a game with friends or family. This family room has patio doors that open onto the second floor deck where many a sunset has been watched while enjoying happy hour.

The star is the premiere bedroom with a king bed, bedside dressers, chaise to relax and read, walk-in closet, and a vaulted ceiling. There is a large ensuite bathroom with double sinks, large shower and separate water closet. Patio doors to the balcony complete the room.
