Make special memories at the beach with family and friends in this beautiful, spacious 1800 sq. foot condo! It is a quick walk to the beach and is in an extremely convenient location. Located on the corner of 138th street & Coastal Highway, you are less than a mile from Delaware where you can shop tax free! Restaurants galore, miniature golfing, Candy Kitchen, the Northside Park and more! Beautiful memories are waiting for you.
The master suite has a comfortable queen bed with balcony access. It has its own bathroom with double sinks, shower and large jetted tub. Bedroom 1 has two queen beds, plenty of drawer and closet space. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed with a pull out trundle and a Twin bed.

The Family Room is cozy with a pull out sofa bed and love seat. Walk out from the family room to the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The Family Room has a high-def Smart TV, Blue-ray DVD machine & complimentary WiFi. TV's in all rooms. The condo is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer, so no need to overpack!

Enough dining space for 10 people - between the beautiful dining table and the counter. The kitchen has it all - microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the essential cookware and dinnerware.

Enjoy the beautiful beach that is only 1 block away or if you need a break from the beach, there's a pool on the 2nd floor.

Perfect for a large family or group

This condo was a great size with room to spread out, or gather around the large dining table. We took advantage of the large kitchen with all we needed to cook a family meal. Lots of fun games available to play. Plenty of parking under the building and it was easy to get all of our stuff to and from the room. There is a pool on the second level with easy access from the condo. Our host made us feel very welcomed, and reached out during our stay to ensure we were enjoying our time without issues. We highly recommend!

Cute condo but cleanliness was horrible

The condo itself was adorable! Very spacious and fit the beach theme perfectly. Close to the beach and in a quiet area. However, once we arrived we found lots of garbage around the condo.. a tomato on the clothes dryer, used q tips in garbage can, garbage still under sink, the fridge was filthy, pieces of food crumbs on the carpets and on counters. This was certainly not cleaned, glad I didnt have any little kids crawling on the floors. The owner was great with communication about this and was very apologetic. 25 years of renting in OC, this was the first experience we have had like this. Would have enjoyed this stay way more if I wasn't worried about what I was going to find next or had to clean it myself on vacation.

I realize that when you arrived at the condo that there were a few issues from the previous renter but I did address them immediately by having the housekeeper come back to the property. The home may not have been perfectly cleaned but to suggest it was horrible is not fair. I apologized that my regular housekeeper had to send someone else that day. I gave you a credit for your housekeeping fee. I also said that I would have her come back out to completely clean the condo again for you. You said no thank you - it was fine. I’m really not sure what else I could have done. Sorry.

Our family vacation . Six adults and three children ages 1 to 9.

A beautiful condo with excellent location to the beach, shopping, amusement parks, and plenty of restaurants . So much room for my grandchildren to play. Very comfortable. Definitely will rent again and highly recommend to others.

Beach trip 2021

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Bringing a baby and 2 other children I thought would be a hassle but this place is so amazing and made is so easy! This condo is beautiful! Very close to the beach and a lot of fabulous restaurants near by. The pool was a huge hit for an 11month old and a 9yr old. Very well maintained condo with absolutely no complaints!! Wasn’t loud with people and Super clean and beautiful! We will definitely be going back to this place.

Great unit for the week. Convenient to everything and the condo was well appointed. The responsiveness of the owner was unmatched and they were very accommodating. Would recommend for other families as well.
