Tres bien situé et propre

Nous avons été très bien acceuillis par laurence qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour bien profiter sur l'ile. La place de parking est un plus (surtout en été je pense ) , ainsi que le local vélo. Idéalement situé pour découvrir l'ile en vélo. Conforme à l'annonce , idéal pour un couple.

L’appartement de Laurence est bien équipé et décoré. Il est situé, au cœur de Saint Martin et il est très calme, niché dans une copropriété où l’on entend aucun bruit. Le parking est très appréciable.

Très belle et fonctionnelle apparemment au port de saint Martin de Ré avec l'emplacement pour la voiture, que est un plus. La hotte très réactive et sympathique avec plein conseils et bon adresse.

Vraiment très bien.

Parfait en couple, le logement est vraiment très bien situé au centre de St Martin et vraiment à 2 pas du port. Avec une décoration soignée, une literie confortable et une hôte sympathique, nous vous recommandons vivement ce petit nid douillet.

Geschmackvolles und hochwertig ausgestattetes Appartment mitten in der Vauban Festungsstadt

Das Appartement liegt in einem abgeschlossenen kleinen Komplex keine 100m vom Yachthafen St. Martin. Das Appartement ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, voller Anspielungen auf die Île de Ré und hochwertig bis zur Beleuchtung und Bodenbelägen. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es absolut ruhig (bis auf die allgegenwärtigen Seevögel...) Dank des Parkplatzes direkt vor dem Appartement ist eine Anreise mit dem eigenen PKW gut möglich, wenn man die Hürden zur Einfahrt in die Innenstadt (Code bzw. Karte erforderlich) mit Hilfe des Vermieters gemeistert hat. Das alles hat bei uns mit ein wenig Kommunikation gut geklappt und wir konnten pünktlich mit Hilfe eines Verwandten des Vermieters in das Appartmentareal einfahren, ohne beim Weg die flanierenden Gäste allzusehr zu belästigen. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind selbstverständlich eine große Anzahl Restaurants, eine sehr gut sortierte Bäckerei und einige Bars. Der Vermieter gab uns gute Tips für die Restaurant Auswahl, unser Favorit war "Chez Fred..." Es gibt eine Einschlussmöglichkeit für mitgebrachte oder Vor-Ort mietbare Fahrräder im Appartmentkomplex, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Jederzeit wieder. Unser Aufenthalt im Juni war sehr angenehm, nicht zu überlaufen und fantastische Küche mit dem Angebot, das die lokale "ostréiculture" und Weinanbau sowie andere Landwirtschaft (z.B. lokale "grenaille" - Kartoffeln) hergibt. Die Insel insgesamt ist sehr sehens- und lebenswert. Am besten mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Nur schöne Dörfer oder Städte und eine große Auswahl Strände.

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé, déco charmante. L'accueil de Laurence a été très chaleureux avec beaucoup d'informations pratiques sur la vie et les activités de l'Ile (mise à disposition de guides ou cartes), les lieux à ne pas manquer (visites, restaurants,...), et reste à l'écoute si besoin d'info...
