Superb new house, equipped with all comforts, in the heart of nature, a stone's throw from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and 1km from a village of character in the south of the Ardèche. Located on the edge of the Gorges de l'Ardèche Nature Reserve and 10 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc. Relaxing and cocooning area (Spa), air conditioning, 2 terraces, large garden in private natural area, private above-ground swimming pool. Private parking. Sleeps 4 to 6 people (3 bedrooms). Sheets provided.

Great holiday, beautiful house!

In one word great!! What a beautiful house with all kinds of luxury! We were received very hospitably. We were the first tenants, so everything was new. Contact with the owners went very well. We have enjoyed with our children. Beautiful location and a wonderful jacuzzi. Near Vallon Pont d 'Arc. We have visited villages such as Vogue, Balazuc, Labaume, Roams, Labastide-de-Virac, Rochecolombe. Recommended! We had a fantastic holiday and would like to come back again. Thank you very much Sylvie and Lionel, see you soon!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison très bien située. Elle est au calme et très proche de Valon Pont d'Arc. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Sylvie et Lionel qui nous ont donné tous les bons conseils de la région!La maison est très bien équipée et climatisée. Il ne manque rien ni à l'intérieur, ni à l'extérieur (piscine, jacuzzi, deux terrasses)Bref: Notre séjour était parfait!! Merci

Superbe séjour au calme

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Lionel. La maison est toute neuve et bien équipée. La clim a sauvé notre été ! Tout était fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien, et l'accueil des propriétaire est au top !! Le spa est super agréable et on est très proche de la plage de Salavas au bord de l'Ardèche, donc idéal ! L'environnement très calme, idéal en famille. Nous recommandons +++ Merci à Lionel et Sylvie pour leur accueil chaleureux !

Tres bon sejour

Excellent séjour

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, climatisée, au calme et très bien située pour les visites et activités. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentifs à notre bien-être. Nous recommandons ce gîte et espérons vivement y revenir.
