The house sleeps a maximum of 8 guests - CDC Guidelines are enforced due to College Station Covid 19 Guidelines. Downstairs 2 king-sized bedrooms with corresponding 2 baths (claw-foot tub and double-head shower). Upstairs bunk room features 4 queen-sized beds and 2 XL twins with an adjacent bathroom suite with 2 private showers/toilets. House has a great kitchen with multiple living rooms, grand family game room and large dining area. No more than the original 10 can be inside the house. Please make certain you read all of the house rules on this website.
Free parking with a driveway that offers extensive parking for extra vehicles. Additional public parking available on the street with a breathtaking view of Kyle Field stadium.

Dreamy Game Day Home

"My family of five and a second family of five recently had a TAMU Game Day weekend at this College Park home. We were there in early September, and all had a fantastic time. The home is centrally located making it extremely convenient to Kyle Field and the new Aggie Park! We all especially enjoyed sitting on the expansive front porch, watching fans walk to and from campus and interacting with the amazing fans. The home was super clean as in SPOTLESS, new while quaint and old, sparkling, and bright. EVERYTHING was top notch. We truly enjoyed their promptness and kindness all throughout. We HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent location and property

I have been in this house since October due to relocation from foreign assignment during COVID. I have thoroughly enjoyed staying in this historic home. Harriet is an excellent host. I didn’t have any issues during my stay.

Continued Long Term Stay

I have now been able to stay in this property for several months due to not being able to return to my overseas assignment. I continue to enjoy this house and the location. I have had no issues with the house and the host continues to check on me and make sure I am doing well and do not need anything.

Comfortable and Classy

I have stayed here numerous times, and it is my favorite rental house ever. The place is just BEAUTIFUL, and so easy to relax in! High ceilings, big windows, nice furniture... and the mattresses are divine. It is so easy to just kick back here. I was originally a little bit concerned that the street/neighborhood would be party central, being so close to campus, but it really isn't. I am definitely going to rent it again with a small group of adults- it's obviously a place for responsible and respectful tenants (not parties), which is perfect for my group. I like that the listing is very clear about expectations (no big crazy gatherings, please use coasters, etc). The property manager, Harriet, was very gracious and responsive to us and made us feel right at home. I loved the amenities (upscale toiletries, coffees, paper products), but the BEST part is the complimentary bundt cake! I really have never experienced this kind of hospitality from a rental property. Five stars across the board, and they are guaranteed my repeat business.

This large fabulous home has been updated and designed by a professional. We took extra care in selecting the most quality beds, towels, furniture etc. We have taken a lot of time to be attentive to details and only want individuals that understand that this place is to be loved and taken care of by all that walk through the doors. The location is down the street from Kyle Field and you won't find a nicer place in all of College Station this close to the stadium. This historical home was owned by the President of Texas A&M for many years and has the charm, comfort and detail one would expect of any first class home. NO PETS - NO NICOTINE OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OF ANY KIND. No parties inside the home. The back yard may be used for a small group events for but you may not host events inside or use the inside restrooms for a large groups. The inside of the house is limited to a maximum of the 10 or less original renters.

So comfortable, updated, gorgeous, plenty of room to relax outdoors picnic and walk to the game. 2 king beds, 4 queen and 2 XL twins with 4 bathrooms. Private parking for 4 cars in carport & driveway. Great mattresses, linens, huge rooms, and first rate furnishings in every way! This is a must see of 3500+ SF and the past President of Texas A&M's home. Historical Plaque and the nicest place around the historic district you can rent. NO PETS - NO NICOTINE OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OF ANY KIND.
No Parties inside the home. Only renters allowed in the house. You may use the backyard for small groups, but not inside the historical home with it's high quality furnishings.
