Ants!! there were a lot of ants throughout the property. We complained and they immediately sprayed. However, the ants still kept coming. We called again and they said that ants are normal in this area. I used to live here and if you keep your property sprayed they are NOT normal. They should have sprayed again. Otherwise we loved the property and our experience! (We didn’t let the ants ruin our stay)

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry that you encountered ants during your stay, especially after you had already reported the issue. We’re glad our team responded quickly with an initial treatment, but we understand how frustrating it must have been that the ants continued to appear. We truly appreciate you not letting the issue ruin your stay and are happy to hear that you otherwise loved the property and had a great experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better stay!

We absolutely loved this rental! It was perfect for our large party. Plenty of space and with an awesome view of the pool amenities. We were able to quickly go over to the pool and get back to the rental. A hiccup or two with appliances but the property managers were in top of it. We’re already planning our next trip!

Softball VACA

This home was amazing for our family of 5 plus grandparents, aunts, and cousins while watching my daughter play softball in March! The home was well stocked and was enjoyable to be in! The kids had a blast in the pool and the 80 degree weather was amazing! The home was PERFECT and we will plan a stay in the future!

Great Place For Kids!

Our kids loved this place as it was right against the pool! We enjoyed getting away from the snow for a couple of days and wish we could've stayed longer. Definitely want to go again soon! The home was also great and plenty big for the amount of guests we had.

Great Stay

We had a great stay in this home. So much to do even when it rained. We enjoyed watching the Rose Bowl (sorry our Utes didn't win) We had lots of family time and enjoyed all the amenities. We love all the space and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Can't wait to go back.

Nice place and location. The staff were very kind and helpful! The ping pong table, grill, deck, and bbq were very nice. The bedding, couches and walls were pretty dirty/stained. All the items in the kitchen were great.
