Built in 2018, the modern construction villa of 350m2, designed around the large 12x6m overflow pool and with salt, with many deckchairs, umbrellas and a barbecue to enhance your meals, each room overlooking the pool area.
Accessibility: on the same level, ideal for tourists with reduced mobility.
Fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in all rooms and fast wifi.

KITCHEN
Kitchen: fully equipped with an oven, micron-wave, 1 stove, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and all the necessary cooking utensils.
Laundry room with washing machine and vacuum cleaner at your disposal.

POOL AREA
Large saltwater swimming pool with overflow 10mx6m depth of 30cm to 1m70.with shower room and toilet.
At the edge of the pool, sunbathing, barbecue, 2 shaded areas to enjoy your meals.

It is allowed to smoke outside, (it is forbidden to smoke inside)

Durian, drugs and narcotics, and any behavior contrary to Thai law, are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the villa;
