Step into a bright, open-concept living area filled with natural light, featuring a comfortable brown leather sectional, a stylish green kitchen island, and a fun, retro-pink refrigerator. This home is designed for comfort, style, and convenience, making it perfect for families, groups, and remote workers.



Five beautifully appointed bedrooms and four full bathrooms are spread across two floors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or take them outside to the private courtyard and patio space.

The Boho Rosa features a private pool with hot and cold jet options in the backyard for your enjoyment. There is a surcharge for the heated jet feature which you can access via the panel at the pool.

Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. Additionally, a soaking pool is being added to the back yard area and there may be some additional noise heard while this is being completed. White-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday - Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!
