Welcome to Clairfont Guest Apartments

1 BR APARTMENT UNIT 7

Our one bedroom units feature a separate bedroom with a king-size bed that can be split into two twins, a fully-equipped separate kitchen, a well appointed ensuite bathroom, a dining and living room that can very comfortably accommodate an additional two persons.

We are:
* 5 minute walk from the beautiful pink sand beaches
* 3 minute walk from the public transportation
* 3 minute walk to children’s playground
* 17 minutes away from the City of Hamilton


We have 8 self-contained units equipped with separate kitchens, cable TV, telephone service, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi internet service. Clairfont also features a beautiful pool area, laundry facilities, a video and book library, barbeque pits, and a reserve back-up generator to ensure there are no service disruptions even in severe weather. We can also arrange airport taxi transport for a minimal fee.

We have 6 one bedroom units and 2 studio units.

Roseanne most helpful, chambermaid lady wonderfully helpful when phone in our room wouldn't operate. A few things in the unit were damaged, broken or missing, but overall the unit and property were just as hoped for. Thank you!

You are only a couple of blocks from the Famous Southshore beaches.only 1 block to the bus stop, for easy access to the Island. Well maintained grounds with very friendly and helpful employees.

We needed a short term residence that had a patio area, a pool and a short walk to the beach. Clairfont apts., had it all and was reasonably priced.

Excellent beach access

A short walk to the beach was what we were looking for and this place was perfect for that. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and bright. Once we figured out how to buy bus tokens and passes, we used the bus and ferry system easily. Be sure to have exact change if paying in cash.

A wonderful vacation!

We have stayed at Clairfont in the past but it has been many years since we have been here. The property was even better than I remember it. The pool was warm and sparking clean, and was close to our room. There’s also a neat Tiki Bar near the pool with Adirondack chairs. We arrived a few hours before check in, but were invited to drop off our luggage, change and put our cold food in the fridge before heading to the beach. It was so appreciated! Clairfont is located in a convenient area, and everyone who worked there was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our apartment was spacious and beautiful, with a large kitchen/living room area and separate bedroom. The back porch was the length of our apartment with sliding doors to both the living room and bedroom, and looked east over a valley. We had fluffy beach and bath towels and the kitchen had what we needed for preparing meals. There were two parking areas with plugs for our mini car and Ronald was helpful in finding the cord we needed to charge our car. I wish we could have stayed longer But we look forward to returning to Bermuda and Clairfont!
