appartement à rénover

Impossible de faire la cuisine correctement, four micro- onde ne fonctionnant qu'en gril, porte cuisiniére cassée et 3 petites plaques ,couvercle chasse d'eau cassé et scotché, abattant wc en triste état, meubles vieillissants, pas de fauteuil terrasse , obligé de sortir les chaises pliantes métallique de l'intérieur,

Parfait hormis 1er ménage de la saison et chaleur appartement étouffante

Bonjour, L'accueil avec FONCIA a été rapide, et les échanges avec les 2 hôtesses ont été parfait, très agréable. 2 seuls bémols : - Malgré le ventilateur au plafond, la chaleur dans cet appartement est suffoquante - Le ménage entre les locataires a semble t'il bien été fait, pas de doute, mais le ménage d'avant saison (1 fois par an) n'a pas été fait : - couche de poussière très visible sur les palmes du ventilateur au plafond - Pendule du salon arrêtée (pile ?) - Chaise bleue pliante déchirée sur 15 cm - Malgré un petit mot sur post-it, la porte du four ne fermait pas, ce qui l'a rendu inutilisable, avec un enfant de 3 ans en bas-âge - Glissières du tiroir du bas du meuble blanc du couloir en entrant complètement cassées, donc tiroir inutilisable, au risque de l'abîmer davantage - Celle des WC cassée (3 pattes sur 4) - Colonne des WC fendue (pas grave car opérationnelle, mais bon... compte tenu du montant versé pour la semaine... ) - Store roulant très bruyant, donc obligé de le fermer tôt afin de ne pas risquer d'importuner les voisins si on devait rentrer tard. Donc pas de réelle possibilité de rafraîchir l'appartement le soir - Couchage du lit très mauvais (mal au dos tout le séjour) - Verrou intérieur porte d'entrée dur à fermer (à graisser ou changer) - Tapis de lit peu inspirant, très vétuste (avec un enfant en bas âge Côté positif : - Déco mer très appréciable - De nombreux produits ménagers - Aspirateur fourni - Sopalin, rouleau WC, liquide vaisselle, thym épice mis à disposition (petit détail, mais très agréable en arrivant) - Vue magnifique depuis le balcon Globalement un peut cher pour le niveau de prestation, mais l'accueil très sympatique chez FONCIA est à noter (rare).
