Superb view of the ocean, facing the Ile de Ré. Direct access to the beach, 5 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants.

On the ground floor, bedroom with bed 140, renovated bathroom. Upstairs, mezzanine with 4 beds 80 (possibility of transforming 1 bed into 160). Washing machine, plancha, crepe maker...
Small courtyard, awning, garden furniture.

A private car location, very quiet area. Ideal place, if you appreciate the fresh air of the seaside. You will be seduced by the ocean, the sunsets, the lights of the Whale Lighthouse.


Concierge services available: drive-thru rides, baby equipment rental, etc
