Beautiful apartment of 27 square meters located in the 20th of Paris. It is on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Lovely

The property is compact but has everything you need for a good Holiday. The village is lovely and has plenty of restaurants and cafes which are all in walking distance from the house. The centre of the village is very attractive. All the beaches a clean and gorgeous.

A wonderful house with a wonderful view

We were greeted very kindly, with fresh fruits and drinks. The view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is very well maintained and you are for yourself. Fatima and her husband are great hosts. Muito obrigado por tudo!

Ideal location

Quiet Cozy Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage very much and Fatima and her daughter were very helpful when we asked questions. One thing for people to know though, is that the picture shown is the view from the back of the house and it can only be seen through two small windows in one bedroom, so even though the ocean is quite close, it is difficult to see it from the beautiful garden in the front of the house. Also, the heater didn't work, so there was a portable radar which took a long time to heat the cottage up when we first arrived and it was quite cold outside and inside.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf den Atlantik.

Herzlicher Empfang durch die Eigentümerin. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Minimercado , Pastelaria und Restaurants in der Nähe. Es waren tolle 2 Wochen mit vielen Ausflügen in die Umgebung.

Schönes Häuschen mit Blick aufs Meer

Ruhige und sichere Wohngegend in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand mit weitläufigen Holzstegen zum Spazieren/Wandern. Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäckerei in wenigen Metern Entfernung. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück.

Eine kleine Perle in Vila Cha

Das Haus und die Vermieter bekommen von mir in allen Bereichen die Höchstwertung. Mein nächster Portugalurlaub wird wieder in diesem Haus stattfinden - falls es frei sein sollte. Die Terasse und der Grill auf der Rückseite des Hauses laden dazu ein dort viel Zeit zu verbringen, der direkte Blick von dort aufs Meer ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Erwähnenswert erscheint mir noch, dass ich weit vor dem normalen CheckIn eintraf und ohne Probleme schon die Hausschlüssel ausgehändigt bekam. Gefreut habe ich mich auch über den Gemüsekorb, den mir die Besitzer geschenkt haben. Für mich ein absolut empfehlendswerter Ort!

Comfortable bungalow a short walk from the sea

This fairly compact bungalow was just what we were looking for: ground-floor accommodation, the walk-in shower, two bedrooms, nice kitchen-diner, fully equipped with everything we needed, comfortable beds, good Wi-fi, the out-house, with washing machine and ironing board and iron. We were welcomed by Fatima and her daughter Caterina (daughter Ana managed the booking process). There was off-street parking for a car (though the access was a bit tight for our big car). The view of the sea was just a glimpse of what welcomed you after a five minute walk to the nearest beach or a drive to the car park. There was a boardwalk from the car park suitable for wheelchairs and we could use it to reach the adjacent beaches and cafe. A couple of doors away was Fatima’s mini-mart, stocking enough to get you started or for things you needed in a hurry. Also a nice cafe. There was more slightly further away in the same village - by car or on foot, including nice restaurants and more beaches. Bigger supermarkets were a few kilometres away. And, of course, Porto only a short trip away, well worth visiting. This was not one of those brash beach resorts, it was just a village by the sea, with very nice beaches and good facilities. The Reis family team worked very well - booking process, checking our progress on the journey, welcome to the property. Everything worked.

Enjoyable Fisherman’s House

As a family of four we stayed for 3 days in December and didn‘t miss anything. The accommodation is cozy and clean in lovely facility. The housekeepers are living nearby and are running a little supermarket where you can get something you are in need or forgot. Mrs. Rais and her relatives are very kindly and helpful. We really enjoyed our days there and would like to come back! Obrigado!

Nettes kleines Häusschen

Gut gelegenes Haus. 5 Minuten vom Strand und 15 Minuten von Porto und Vila do Conde. Hat alles was man braucht, alles ein bisschen älter aber für paar Tage reicht es völlig aus.

Beautiful, cosy house

We arrived around 9pm without any supplies. Fatima kindly took us to her shop and opened it for us so we could get some essentials. Very kind family! The house is lovely and cosy and has everything you need for your stay. It is a 5 minute walk from the ocean and stunning deserted beaches. When the sunshine's it is absolutely beautiful. Vila Change is a very quiet town but it has several cafes and restaurants and the people are very helpful and friendly and try their best to help you ie: when we needed a taxi!! Overall this was a great first experience of a holiday in Portugal and Vila Change is a great destination if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. If you are looking forward to do beautiful Portois 30 minutes on the train.

Maison agréable à 2 pas de la mer

Propriété très propre. Cuisine avec des appareils modernes en parfait état. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec la propriétaire et avec sa fille dont nous avons apprécié les traductions en français. C'est une location que nous recommanderions volontiers à des amis. Petit bémol, ça serait sympa d'avoir un coin de terrasse avec vue sur la mer.

Een rustig verblijf

Huisje is heel netjes,alles is voorzien, aangename eigenaars, gunnen jouw volledige privacy maar als je iets te vragen hebt steeds te bereiken. Eigenares heeft een minimarket op enkele meters van het huisje. Lekkere restaurants in de onmiddellijke nabijheid. De zee met stranden, op wandelafstand.

Very nice house near the sea.

The house is as described and very nice. It has all amenities we needed. Small supermarkets are nearby and the people around are very helpful and friendly. Family Reis, the owners of the house, are also very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! The house is located near to the sea only a 5 minute walk away. The only downside is that you don't see the sea from the house due to some walls and a big garden that doesn't belong to the house. But this is not important.

Muy cerca de la playa, amplio espacio. En lineas generales, muy bien.

Voy a enumerar los aspectos buenos y malos para ayudar a futuros visitantes. Lo positivo es que la casa está muy cerca de la playa y tiene unas vistas preciosas al mar. Amplio espacio de patio, donde puedes meter el coche, montar una mesa para comer, etc. Tiene una barbacoa que puedes utilizar. La cocina está equipada, el baño está bien y los dormitorios también. Ropa de cama y toallas limpias. Aceptan perros de todos los tamaños. La familia es amable y detallista. Lo malo es que si vas en Invierno, hace frio, ya que sólo dispone de un radiador móvil. La familia vive en la casa de al lado, que tiene acceso a esta casa, por lo que es un poco incomodo asomarte a la ventana y que estén en el jardin. Por el resto, todo muy bien, recomendaria la visita si viajais a Oporto!!

Atlantik vor der Tür

Wir würden sagen das Ferienhaus ist eher zweckmäßig als gemütlich eingerichtet. Aber es kommt ja darauf an, was für Ansprüche Mann/Frau hat. Wir denken für 70€/ Nacht (Stand Juli 2016) ist das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis gut. Allerdings kennen wir leider keine anderen Unterkünfte in Nordportugal. Das Positive ist ganz klar die Nähe zum Atlantik! Keine 500m zu Fuß und wir waren an einem langen, herrlichen Sandstrand, an dem es übrigens nie zu voll war. Außerdem hat uns sehr gut die Nähe zu Porto, Viana do Castelo, Braga und dem Nationalpark Peneda – Geres gefallen. Wir haben unsere Tage sehr vielseitig mit Kultur, Wandern und Strandleben verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem was man braucht (siehe Ausstattung) eingerichtet. Hätte das Haus eine begrünte, schattige Terrasse zum Meer gelegen wäre es der Knüller! Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart und an den Autoverkehr (wenig, aber laut), das Hundegebell und das Krähen der Hähne am Morgen mussten wir uns erstmal gewöhnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in der näheren Umgebung ausreichend und unbedingt zu empfehlen ist das 800m entfernte Restaurant „Salitre“.

Nice house close to the ocean

The house is very close to the ocean, only 2 minutes walk. It has all the supplies you need, two decent sized bedrooms, a small living room, kitchen with stove, coffeemaker, microwave and fridge with freezer, bathroom with shower and a nice outdoor space with furniture and room to park your car. The house is in the middle of the fishingvillage and there are some nice restaurants nearby as well as minimercados. The owner is very respectfull of your privacy but is always available in case of questions. We enjoyed our week in this house.

Sympathique maisonette

Petite maisonnette très propre et bien entretenue. Un peu sombre, la lumière doit être éclairée en pleine journée. Une seule fenêtre de chambre avec vue sur la mer et pas d'accès côté mer. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Excellent restaurant à proximité. Bien située pour visiter Porto et sa région.
