New luxury chalet: sleeps 10/12 people, Vallouise

Kermocco chalet is located in the Vallouise village (Hautes-Alpes 1200 m), a 5 minutes' walk from the village centre, in the heart of Massif des Écrins. It is south-west oriented with beautiful views. In the foreground, there is the village with the bell tower listed as historical monument and in the background, there is the mountain Aiglière tops, La Pendine and Les Bans. Nearest ski resorts: Pelvoux Les Ecrins 5 minutes, Puy Saint Vincent 15 minutes, Serre Chevalier 20 minutes with aerial lift from Prorel, and Chantemerle 30 minutes. Departure from the chalet to hike. The chalet was built in 2015, it is very comfortable with 210 m², and accommodates 10 to 12 people. The ground floor consists of an entryway with a large closet, a mountain room, a laundry room with washing machine, a toilet, and a home cinema (projector). The first floor consists of a large living room of 70 m² with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs, Nespresso coffee maker) opening onto two terraces oriented to the south west, and a master suite with a double bed opening onto the terrace, private shower room, toilet and wash basin. The second floor consists of a big mezzanine with 2 sleeping places (90 x 190), a master suite (double bed 160 x 200, shower room and toilet) with a small balcony, a bedroom with two beds of 80 x 200 that can be separated or joined, a bedroom with 4 beds (90 x 190), and a shower room with separate toilet. The chalet has two terraces of 12 and 15 m², flooded with sun all day long, with garden furniture. At the garden level, there is a large terrace overlooking the south-facing garden, and a barbecue. In front of the chalet, there is a parking space (for 3 cars). You can leave your ski gear and equipment in the mountain room. Relax by the fireplace watching the fire (wood provided). You will have the option to finish your day watching a movie in the home cinema. Sheets are provided and the beds are made. There is Wi-Fi access.

Chalet magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine de Noël de rêve dans ce très beau chalet haut de gamme super bien équipé et très bien situé. Tout peut se faire à pied en 10 minutes, le pain frais le matin, la location et le départ en navette pour les pistes de skis,les bars,les restaurants....À 12 personnes en famille, les espaces sont bien agencés pour que tout le monde se sente à l'aise ...et enfin la vue du chalet.....mais cela je vous laisse la découvrir !Merci à Florence et son mari qui sont des hôtes très sympathiques !

Wunderschönes Chalet

Das Haus war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet mehr als ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien mit insgesamt 9 Personen. Der Blick aus den großen Fenster auf die Berge und den Ort Vallouise ist traumhaft. Der Ort Vallouise ist außerdem ein guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche wunderschöne Wanderungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

A beautiful chalet in a great location

The photos do not do justice to this beautiful, warm and sunny chalet. It is well equipped and even has a cinema room where you can log into Netflix or watch a dvd. Ample parking and accessible location. Florence met us on arrival and checked in with us during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Le chalet et le cadre sont superbes. La vue du chalet, du salon ou des chambres est juste dépaysante et suffit à nous faire voyager. Tout est impeccable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour les temps calmes avec les enfants (chambre dortoir au top, livres en tout genre, jeux de société et espace jardin calme, plat et ombragé) Les espaces collectifs sont vastes, lumineux et chacun peut y trouver un coin de tranquillité. Beaucoup de rando possibles au départ du chalet et le village est à moins de cinq minutes à pieds! Idéal. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine et les lieux y étaient pour beaucoup!

Un séjour inoubliable au chalet Kermocco !

Nous vous recommandons très chaleureusement le chalet Kermocco où toutes les générations (des petits aux grands) se sont senties comme à la maison et ont passés un tres agréable séjour. Le chalet est de belle facture, très lumineux, bien chauffé, tout à fait conforme à la description (et a même surpassé nos attentes). Les stations alentours sont à tailles humaines, très familiales. Les non skieurs ont pu s’occuper sans problème. Le village est charmant. Florence est très disponible et impliquée pour que tout se passe au mieux. Nous reviendrons !

Heel fijn huis in een indrukwekkende omgeving!

Begin september waren we met een groepje bergwandelaars (10 mensen) gedurende 1 week te gast in het huis. Het weer zat helemaal mee bij onze dagelijkse tochten en met zo'n thuisbasis kon het niet meer stuk. Hoewel we doorgaans elk jaar naar een andere regio trekken, overwegen we nu om volgend jaar gewoon terug te keren naar Vallouise.

Chalet tout confort, chaleureux, aménagé avec goût, agréable à vivre, où les jeunes et les moins jeunes trouvent naturellement leur place. Superbe vue depuis le canapé, à deux pas du centre du village. Communication cordiale avec le propriétaire et accueil agréable sur place. Camp de base idéal du massif des Écrins.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very comfortable and nice and warm. The addition of a hot tub and a pool table or table football game would make it perfect.
