Fully furnished 3BHK modern apartment on 9th floor with a beautiful view, has all the necessary amenities & everything you need in the locality.

The apartment is located in a very tranquil location just 1.5 km outside ring road of Kathmandu located in Dhapakhel keeping you away from all the dust & dirt of the city.

The apartment is huge which has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen & 3 balconies (2 in bedrooms & 1 in sitting room).

The Apartment space description:

Airport to The Apartment via ring road - 7.7 km (Takes 15-30 minutes depending on the traffic)

The apartment is located in Dhapakhel which is very quiet and cozy. The apartment itself is on the 9th floor which gives you a mesmerizing view of the city, the airport and on a clear day, THE MOUNTAINS.

The apartment is fully furnished with all the required amenities so that our guests can live like it’s their own house.

The space consists of: -

There are three balconies, one is attached to the living room, one to the guest bedroom and last one in the master bedroom.

The Bedrooms: -

o All bedrooms have queen size beds with a spacious wardrobe.
o The bedrooms have Parquet flooring.
o The bedrooms are very bright and cozy.

The Master Bedroom has an attached bathroom and a balcony while the Guest room only has a balcony.

The Kitchen: -

The Kitchen has a modern design and has all the necessary amenities for you to store your food, prepare your food, and clean it no time. The kitchen has access to the wardrobe area where the Washing machine, gas cylinder and cleaning supplies are kept.

o The living room also has a huge attached Balcony.
o The Dining hall consist of a Dining Table which can accommodate 6 guests.

Other things to note:

• Gas, Water and Electricity is very limited in Kathmandu. However, we have 24hr running water taps and 24hr electricity, problems related to these resources can always happen. Let us know if such problems arise and we will try to fix it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
• Restaurants and general shops close between 8pm to 9pm.
• There is a small supermarket right outside the Apartment complex which has almost every essential (grocery as well).
• In case of any emergency, there is a hospital (Sumeru Hospital) 100 meters ahead of the Apartment Complex.
• Bus stop for public transports right in front of the Apartment Complex gate. The public transports reach out maximum parts of the city.
• Taxis are available easily around the apartment complex. If not available, it can definitely be found near the hospital.
