Spring Break with the Family

Great location with wonderful views. Had a wonderful relaxing spring break with the family enjoying the beach and the island. Would definitely come back!

Comfortable

This condo had a very nice view of the ocean. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen items could use some updating. Things there were somewhat disorganized and hard to find. Also, it would be nice to have a supply of games to play.

Fun in the Sun

We have stayed in Ocean Place for many years and OP-8 was lovely. The master bed was very comfortable and the condo was well equipped. It does need a new coffee maker b/c the current one is old and overflows and we only had one dish towel. Also, the second bedroom bed needs bedding that fits the bed. Otherwise, everything was great.

Loved the Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Place 8 Fun in the Sun. The condo is stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was gorgeous, the condo was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The blackout curtains were a nice touch for a little extra sleep on the cold rainy days of our vacation. We loved the proximity to the beach and pool as well as the gorgeous views. A couple of house keeping things for management as I know if we don't tell you, you won't know. The sink to the left in the master bath was clogged. The blender in the pantry had a crack in the bottom and liquid pours out the bottom. The gate code on the app. was wrong which made it a little tricky to get in on the first day. It was correct in the email which helped. The chair service listed in the app is not approved for rentals at Ocean Place but a quick call to the management company cleared that up and we were provided with the name and phone number to the appropriate company. Thank you for the hospitality, we would definitely recommend this property to our friends and would stay again.

The location was very good. The condo was ok but not totally cleaned. Dirty placemats and very dusty. Kitchen lacked sharp knives, scissors, and other essentials. Limited supplies of soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Certainly not enough for a 10 day stay. Bath towels were very limited and had to use beach towels to get by. Need more towel racks in the main bathroom. Mark was the only person from mock that was good. The rest of the people ,once you got somebody on the phone were rude and not helpful. This includes when were renting the place.
