Oasis is a generously size (1450 sq. ft.) oceanfront alternative to the relatively small hotel rooms at the Ritz. Unlike the Ritz, Oasis has a living room, 2 oceanfront verandahs, fully equipped kitchen, 2 private king master suites and an oversized jacuzzi tub with his and her showers, his and her granite top vanities and a second bathroom with tub and shower.

Cool off in one of our resort’s crystal clear pools. Tennis anyone? There are 4 clay courts on the grounds and a professional tennis pro to help you get into the swing.

Head out for a round of golf on the award winning neighboring courses. Perhaps just sit back, relax and gaze out the windows to watch the dolphins play and the horses stride gracefully along the beach.

Our penthouse is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the Ritz along a tree canopied, pedestrian only path. Oasis provides you with all the comforts of home and the convenience of close proximity to the Ritz.

Being able to utilize a fully equipped kitchen instead of dining out for every meal is one of many advantages Oasis provides over staying at the Ritz. For the best view on the island, simply step out onto your private oceanfront verandahs to enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic coastline.

Oasis' 2 full bathrooms and 2 generously sized king bedrooms provide everybody with ample space (1450 square feet) to unwind without having to crowd into a hotel room.

Unlike the Ritz, there are no additional charges for parking, long distance calling, WiFi, use of our bicycles, beach gear and beach toys (inflatables and boogie boards) or tennis equipment. The Ritz has no tennis facilities.

Our resort shares the same stretch of Amelia's coastline as the Ritz. When compared to the Ritz, Oasis' value proposition is compelling in that it offers the comforts of home, the amenities of a resort, and the convenience of proximity - all at a price point that is less than the Ritz.

During periods of peak demand, weekly stays checking in on a Saturday (sometimes Sunday or Friday) get priority over shorter stays. We often have more reservation requests than we can accommodate in our 3 Amelia Island oceanfront condos, all of which you can find on the this website.

We have a 5th floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront condo called Shoreline (VRBO listing #3495865). It also has 2 king master suites. When larger parties are traveling together, they often reserve all 3 of our condos as they are conveniently located near one another.

Seaview is our only 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo on the 4th floor (VRBO listing #3591436). It is the perfect romantic getaway for a couple looking for some rest and relaxation on the beach.
