We had a lovely long weekend at Amelia staying this condo. The communication with the owner was excellent. The condo was very clean and well appointed - the bed and shower were both very good. The location is great - you are very close to the boardwalk and can see the ocean from the patio.The kitchen was well equipped - even had a big jug of spring water for the coffee maker waiting for us:)We certainly recommend this condo hope to return soon!

Have been a guest of Brenda’s at her condo multiple times. Her hospitality, timely response to issues, location/cleanliness of her condo, restaurant recommendations, have ALL been spot on. We could not have had a better week on Amelia Island. Thank you, AGAIN!! Hope to be back very soon!

Overall a great property and we had a great stay! My only issue was the mattresses were horrible and one side sank in and so my husband and I woke up with back and neck pain.

We had an amazing stay. The condo was in a great location! It was an easy walk to the beach, and quick drive to dining at the Omni. My kids saw several turtles and had a great time playing in the ocean. There were some chairs and an umbrella on the patio for use.Overall the condo was clean and the host was easy to get a hold of when we had questions. I would highly recommend this condo. My only recommendation would be to bring beach towels as none are provided.
