Located in Amelia Island’s most exclusive section, this newly decorated condominium is maintained with care by its Island owners.

This unique flat includes a fully furnished kitchen (quartz countertops, Stainless appliances) two king size bedrooms, two full baths and two patios overlooking the ocean.

Whether you are relaxing on the beach, enjoying the Pool, walking or biking on Summer Beach’s scenic shaded paths, playing tennis, exploring historic Fernandina, shopping, dining or playing golf on one of many fine Island courses, you will find your stay to be filled with fun, adventure and luxury!

Your Sailmaker Condominium is just steps from the Ritz Carlton’s activities and events!

This is a non-smoking unit. Vacation Rental Amenities include:
Two covered patios (one off living room and one off master bedroom suite), HD TV, free hi-speed wireless Internet, three cable TVs, VCR, stereo, CD player, fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer. All linens and cooking utensils are provided. In addition to two king size beds, the unit has a sectional sofa that can be used for an extra adult or children.

Activities and Attractions include Miles of beaches, tennis, pool, golf (several convenient locations), beautiful walking/running trails, boating, fishing, jet-skiing, wonderful Island restaurants and shopping, tours of historic Fernandina and much, much more!

We had a lovely stay in this great condo. The location was great with the access to the beach right outside our door. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Our host sent us ideas on things to do in the area as well as recommendations for good restaurants in the area. She checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We had a great visit to Amelia Island and the condo was perfect for our group of 4. Very spacious with 2 kings was a huge plus. Took my 80-year-old parents so no steps to the beach was also a selling point. Easy access and great communication with Brenda throughout the entire process. Her restaurant reviews were spot on and we all agreed not a bad meal was had the entire week. Cute island town and we would definitely stay at this condo again!

We could not have picked a better spot for our week stay. Close to golf and right on the beach. Although we had no issues during our stay, the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We loved walking out the back door and the beach was right there as well as the beautiful sunrises from the patio! Highly recommend this condo to any family!

My friend and I had a FABULOUS stay here. The 2 master suites provided privacy and one bedroom had a view of the ocean. The living room also had the same view and we saw stunning sunrises. The Condo was VERY Clean and had all the comforts of home. Having the beach just steps away for strolling after dinner - AMAZING! Staying at his property elevated our vacation. And the host is incredibly responsive.If I ever visit Amelia Island again, this VRBO property will be the only choice I consider. It couldn’t have been better.

Loved every minute of our stay

We've stayed in this unit before and it is definitely our favorite! We love the privacy of the two king suites and the unit is always clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for our use (although the toaster doesn't work well : ), and the view is great! We love staying there.

Robert and I are semi-retired and own three properties on Amelia Island. Robert grew up in Jacksonville, so he was somewhat familiar with the Island, but we both really fell it love with it when we visited in the early 90's. We loved it so much, we would drive from Atlanta every other weekend - getting here late on Friday night and leaving for home early Sunday afternoon. When we crossed that bridge to the Island, it always felt like coming home. Our dream was to someday be able to make the Island our home. In 2002, we finally realized that dream and moved here! We have three condos on Amelia Island - a 3 bedroom/2bath condo at Forest Ridge, a 2BR/2BA in Summer Beach Village (Sailmaker) and a 2BR/2BA Amelia Landings "Treehouse". We thoroughly enjoy managing our condos and we have met so many wonderful people. We do our best to make our condos special for our guests - a place they would like to come often. Some have even gotten the itch to move here, too! We highly recommend it!

What makes this property unique

Ground floor with fabulous views of the ocean. Grilling is allowed on ground floor and charcoal grill is provided. We (the owners) spend lots of time caring for our unit and our guests. Each bedroom has its own private bath and each bedroom is separated by the living area - giving maximum privacy. Portable crib is included at no cost if needed. HD TV with lots of stations. Free hi-speed WiFi. No carpet - very clean.
