Amazing Oceanfront Condo on Amelia Island!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo – Beautifully appointed, two-bedroom, two-bath condo on the south end of Amelia Island in the Surf & Racquet Club. We are located on the second floor. The complex has two pools and four Har Tru tennis courts. There are many great golf courses nearby as well, including one just a five-minute walk away. Why stay at the Ritz Carlton when you can experience luxury in a spacious, two-bedroom condo? The Main bedroom features a King bed and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a pullout in the living room as well. Our condo has a dining table for six with a full kitchen to prepare family meals. There are standard and Keurig coffee pots. Guests can view the Atlantic Ocean and the pool from the balcony. The views are amazing! For entertainment, there are HDTVs in all rooms with access to the NFL Network. Cable TV and high-speed wireless internet are included. Perfect for teleworking or distance learning. Enjoy a quiet supper on the patio overlooking the beach or try some of the wonderful local restaurants. The beaches are beautiful, not crowded, and dotted with picturesque dunes and sea oats. The sunrises are just spectacular!

There is easy access to the beach and the pool. We provide four beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella. Please note that there are stairs on the way to the beach and it may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. However, there are many places on the island with handicapped parking and also areas where you can drive on the beach.

Amelia Island has miles of biking and walking trails. There are many top-rated restaurants and shops. We are happy to provide recommendations. The adventurous guest can ride a horse on the beach, kayak, rent a scooter, skydive, or rent jet skis. There are river cruises, museums, and Ft. Clinch State Park. Or if you are looking for low-key days you can go shelling, hunt for shark's teeth or read a good book. There are several new and used bookstores throughout the island. There really is something for everyone.

There are two parking spots available.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.

Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy.
There is a $150 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart.

We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance.
