The apartment is located in a typical Marseille building. Access is via the pretty Place des Moulins, just a few meters from the famous Montées de Accoules and its mythical bell tower.
The apartment comprises a living room with sitting area, dining area and open-plan kitchen. 2 small balconies overlook a quiet street with a small square where you can catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance.
The apartment has a separate bedroom separated from the living room by a glass roof. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Le Moulin retains the charm of the old-fashioned terracotta floor tiles, while modernizing them for added comfort.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, without elevator.
