2 Bedrm/2 Bath Oceanfront Condo in beautiful, up-scale resort area! We have just completely renovated our oceanfront pools in May, 2022. They are right beside our on-site, oceanfront restaurant/bar. $469/night night during "peak" season and $229/night during the "off" season. Monthly rentals are also available during the winter months for $2,200/month.

Come relax on the balcony, overlooking the pools and ocean! Enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful sunrise each morning! Simply breath-taking and so relaxing!!!

This condo is very comfortable and fully furnished to make your vacation a wonderful experience, with lots of great memories. It is also pet friendly! We take pride in making sure that everything is exceptionally maintained to our very high standards! Your satisfaction is our top priority! Nothing makes us happier than having our guests return year after year to stay with us!

Just what we needed for a short vacay. The pool area was perfect for us and the kids, and the bar and restaurant were a big bonus for the one time we ate out. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful condo with spectacular view! Has everything you need. The pool is great. Easy to get in & out of pool. My sister & I are older & have knee, back, & shoulder issues. The only thing that would have made it easier for us would have been for the beds to be not so high, for the toilets to be handicap height & for the sofa & chair in the living room to be firmer or higher to get up from. These are things that would have made it easier for us but not a show stopper. The view made up for everything!

Ocean View!

We enjoyed the condo for a week in June 2022. I expected the pool area to be over crowded but we always found 2 loungers waiting for us. The beach/ocean is just beyond the pool area. The Deck restaurant and bar was convenient an exceptionally good. If you like wine by the glass they pour a perfect glass. We also loved the Sundae Cafe. Small but excellent - reservations recommended. Some small things as a side note. We had more difficulty finding the condo than we should have. Take the elevator or stairs to the third floor. While facing the ocean turn left and it's the end unit. Do not pay attention to the units that begin with a "2" right off the elevator. Also, there may be a locked entrance to the pool area at some point but for now just lift and wiggle the latch to enter. An attendant will ask for the pool pass or for information (only on the 1st day for us then they remembered). Probably our favorate beach vacation yet!!!

Clean and comfortable condo with great location

I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect with the pool, beach, and a good restaurant only steps away. The condo itself is well appointed and thoroughly cleaned with a great view. In particular, the beds are comfortable. The host is kind and easy to work with, even if some communication was a bit delayed. I’d gladly stay here again! Definitely recommend

Mid-island Tybee

Good place with restaurant adjoining. Excellent restaurant service. No pool chair service but pick up from restaurant bar available. Don’t expect this to be a fine resort similar to finer resort options at Kiwah SC, Tampa/St. Petersburg FL, Sea Island GA or gulf panhandle areas. For a no fuss, minimal expectation stay at a dated accommodation close to sand dunes & non-crystal blue ocean for play/stay, it’s very good. Management was superior with 2 issues we had day 1.
