Enjoy relaxing, playing board games, or reading in the spacious front porch, or making S'mores, and telling campfire stories with family and friends in the evening on the back yard patio. Island Time is centrally located for a quick drive, walk or bike ride to restaurants, carnival grounds, gift shops, ice cream parlors, or the Robert Reed Downtown Park located along Main Street. Upon entering the home you will find a spacious front porch, Living Room, Kitchen, Full Bath, and a Queen Bedroom. The second floor offers the first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bath. This vacation rental offers wifi and cable TV. Island time sleeps up to 6 people with 1 Queen, 1 Double, and 2 Twin Beds. We invite you and your family to spend your vacation at this charming Island Retreat, and to set your clocks to "Island Time". We ask that you leave the home in a neat and tidy condition. Please bring your own linens for 1 Queen, 2 Twin, and 1 Double.

Get Ready for Island Time

This is a cozy place yet roomy as well. The yard is large and also useful for storing bicycles, taking outdoor showers, and such. The bedrooms are comfortable and we slept easily and work up refreshed. Love the Breakfast Porch area.

Nice house.....TERRIBLE beds!

The house was appointed well enough but the beds simply terrible. All of them were hard to sleep in... no one had a good sleep. Springs pocking through into my back is simply not acceptable.

Our second stay here - another nice experience!

We stayed here in August of 2021 and the property is pretty much the same. House is modest but adequately equipped. Laundry machines are new and everything is in working order. The cable TV is basic servcie but we were not in Chincoteague for that! Besides, the WiFi is prefectly satisfactory. The location is very convenient to explore the town, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and Debbie is an easygoing, generous host. We will plan to stay again!

Beautiful house

We were delighted with the lovely house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable. And it was very clean would definitely recommend for a family stay!
