Absolutely incredible venue!! We booked out the entire property for a family reunion and it was such a great time!! Accommodations were gorgeous, the property is sprawling and has so much to do, and the owners were fantastic!! Highly recommend this listing especially for large functions!!!

This was the perfect location for 6 families! The clubhouse was a great spot for group dinners, and the pool/game area was a big hit with the kids! So many items are provided that made packing less stressful. 10/10 recommended and we can’t wait to come back!

This was the second time my family has stayed at Magnolia House properties. Only from heaven could God grace us with a place large enough to house our very large family (59 of us) and provide the amenities that supported all age groups. Our family comes from all over the USA and we are so grateful that we have a place to rest, relax, have fun and have all provided at our finger tips in order to fully enjoy each other. Truly a 5 star service and amenities. Dave and Destine were great communicators the entire process. Hopefully one day we will return!

Fantastic stay!

We had a large family get together and this cabin was beautiful! The outdoor patio areas are perfect for gatherings and the owners Truly have thought of everything we would need while we were there! This cabin is beautiful inside and out and we also enjoyed having the beach available where the kids could kayak and fish anytime. We will definitely be back!

Magnolia Overlook was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving Family Reunion! This is a bi annual event that has been going on for years for 40 family members! This compound is the best! Beautiful main house! Best stocked and organized! Very clean! Lots of amenities and activities for the kids! Heated pool and hot tubs as well as golf cart to transport folks to the other homes in the compound was an added benefit! The host was easy to access with questions and booking w VRBO went great!

Another Great Year!

We love this place. It is perfect for our family. The days on the lake with the kids playing in the water are precious memories we hope they hold a lifetime. We did family pictures there this year and they were great. We will be back again next year, already booked.

The property was exactly as described, absolutely stunning. We stayed with 28 cousins and we had the best time! The property manager and owner were amazing from before we even arrived. They were always available and responded to any questions that we had. I would absolutely stay here again. We rented the majority of the homes on the property and everyone was happy with their stay. You will not be disappointed with your vacation here! Thank you so much for everything!

My (new) husband and I had our wedding here in November. I could not recommend this place enough, the property/staff and everything was absolutely perfect. The venue was spacious, clean and well organized. Every one that was there with us had a great time and there was ALWAYS something to do for any age. Fabulous location

We had our family vacation at the Magnolia House. We rented the pontoon boat to enjoy tubing in the water. This kept the kids extremely happy. At night, we played corn hole, ping pong, cooked out, and laughed a lot. There is a hot tub for your enjoyment, also. It was the best family vacation ever for us.

Extended Family Getaway

Wonderful rental for our large family group. We added the Rose Cottage after the first night to give our group of 36 a few more private bedrooms for the remainder of the weekend. The owner also facilitated the rental of his pontoon boat. The property manager and boat’s navigation system made our experience both safe and enjoyable.
