Parking is free but no there is no dedicated parking space. Most of our neighbors park their cars 1/3 on the curb. That's normal for this street. We generally have no problem finding parking on the same block.

This Property must be booked for 31 days or more as Philadelphias new housing guidelines. Great for travel nurses and other temporary work assignments.
We have a 31 day minimum stay rule. This in keeping with Philly’s rental guidelines. One small dog is possible upon request. No cats due to allergies. Free street parking is available usually available on the street but no assigned parking is available. Absolutely NO SMOKING! Thanks!
