Located in Philadelphia’s Historic District, Brewerytown, which earned its name in the 1860s for the 9 breweries that took residence and became home to over 20 breweries in the following century. Now, Brewerytown is known as a very vibrant walkable area with public transit, lots of restaurants, cool attractions and close proximity to Fairmount Park and Center City.

It’s where history meets modern; Brewerytown is considered the best neighborhood to be in the City of Philadelphia.

Beautifully renovated this unique home features on 3 levels of living; upon entry you are greeted on the main level with a large open space for gathering and entertaining consisting of a gorgeous kitchen, dining room for 6 and charming living room.

Loved it!

I must say it exceeded expectation in a lot of ways. The cleaniness, state and ease of use of facilities, communication etc was excellent. We gor the feel of forgetting whatever he worries of the day was once you entered the apartment. It's almost as if the apartment was always welcoming you home. Information on what to do around was quite helpful, including kids friendly suggestions which was handy. I'll recommend this apartment anytime.

Had a great stay in this lovely home. So many nice touches throughout. The primary bedroom is amazing and all the bathrooms are wonderful. Walking distance to museums, restaurants and boathouse row. Will definitely be back!

Lovely inside

The house was very clean and modern. We were very comfortable inside. We were a little surprised by the street we were on because it was quite dirty (lots of trash) and the asphalt was removed (under construction). The block didn’t feel safe at night outside and there was some loud music playing from neighbors cars. We also heard some people fighting loudly and there were often homeless people around. Within just a few blocks, it felt cleaner and safer. It wasn’t actually a problem and we were safe, but I was a little surprised how dingy the block was. Overall, we liked the place and the owner was very responsive, I just want people to know what to expect when they take time to read reviews. We walked to museums and other tourist locations. Ubers were easy to get. I think it is an up and coming neighborhood that seems to be going though some growing pains.
