Great Spot!

The home was beautiful and in a great location. The view from the roof is incredible. The host was very accommodating to my group and I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting Philadelphia. There are lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance too.

Eagles Weekend

Our entire family descended on Philly for the Eagles - Cowboys game. We came from Massachusetts, Florida, and the Jersey shore. The house was perfect for our needs, within easy walking distance to the Broad Street Line (best way to get to the stadium), and Pat's Steakhouse for post-game cheese steaks. Nathan was a communicative and very helpful property manager!

Had a Wonderful Time

This property lived up to expectations. The view as advertised is amazing from the rooftop patio. Beds were all comfortable and clean. The shower on the third floor is a little odd, but everything was in good shape when we got there. Clearly the house is well cared for. It was in a perfect location for all of the activities we had planned around Philly. Some of the surrounding area looks somewhat rough but that’s to be expected when staying in the heart of a big city. Didn’t feel unsafe, though. Would stay here again.

Good Stay for a Convention

We were here for a convention at convention center. Lyft was roughly 7 minutes Subway ride was 18 minutes including walking Walking was a bit more than 30 minutes. There was plenty of local supplies, target, groceries etc. And the little bit of cooking we did was fine. The neighborhood was pretty quite after 11pm. All the beds, bathrooms etc. worked fine.

Very nice place but the thermostat was not working properly, so it was sweltering, and the property manager never got back to us with a solution. There was also no plug for the jacuzzi bathtub, so it was unusable.

Great location, be prepared to climb!

It's a great place - easy to get in and out, great location, easy to find (and for Uber to find). I didn't realize from the listing that there are four floors - you come in at the first floor, which has a kitchen, den, and patio but no bathroom. To use the restroom, you need to go down to the basement, or up to the second floor (two bedrooms and a bath) or up to the third (one big bedroom and big bath). To access the rooftop, you have to use a very small spiral staircase. It all worked for us, but would have been problematic if you have any more mobility issues than I do!

Getaway from everyday life

To be honest, the house exceeded my expectations. The best part about the house is the kitchen cause I definitely love to cook. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The added bonus was the roof where I actually slept because the air was very comfortable. Given the nature of having to plan to unexpected funerals it gave my spouse and I the opportunity to shut the world out and still take time for us. I even took it a step further and bought a projector and a tent temporarily just to sit on a rooftop and have a movie night for just him and I. I wouldn’t necessarily say that this is a negative because some people do not have TVs in their bedrooms, but having a TV in the bedrooms would benefit the property. Not everyone falls asleep to silence lol. But aside from that everything was perfect. We will definitely be renting this property again and the property manager was very accommodating and efficient with communication. Thank you again for allowing us to rent your property.
