About this property

Seaside house

Quiet, contemporary farmhouse ideally located in Plœmeur.
Close to the beach (800 m from Perello beach), all shops and coastal paths of several km on foot.

On the ground floor: entrance, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a large living room. A pantry with 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. The ground floor also has a very beautiful bedroom (1 bed for 2 people - 160X200 with chest of drawers), 1 private Italian-style bathroom.
Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 140X200 bed and 1 bedroom with 1 140X200 bed. Bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet.
Linen is provided and beds are made on arrival.
WIFI and fiber optic throughout the house and garden.

GARDEN
Enclosed garden with terrace. Garden furniture, parasols, barbecue.
The sea is located 10 minutes on foot and accessible by bike.

A very warm welcome and local specialties prepared in advance welcome vacationers.
