Good cabin name, high up and view is spectacular. Bears to be seen around us. Hot tub very nice and very private. Loved our stay, lots of room!Thank You!
Nice cabin, great view, but the parking on the steep hill side was a little sketch. The motion sensor light on the side of the cabin where you come in went out on day 3. We called the maintenance number the next morning and in the afternoon they came and replaced. I would be happy to stay there again sometime.
Spacious layout, each adult family has their own level. We had 3 couples and one single. Views from the deck were breathtaking. Location was perfect, close to Pigeon Forge attractions and Gatlinburg. Secluded but not tucked to far into the mountains. The checkout instructions, trash instructions on the refrigerator and in the cabin book needs to be updated.
Our stay was simply amazing. The cabin surpassed our expectations. It was clean and had an amazing view! Our older children enjoyed having their own space to hang out. We will definitely be back!
This place was beautiful! When we arrived it was easily accessible. The place was clean and we had no issues with the property. My family enjoyed the views during our stay. This place is super close to the strip. The WiFi was easy to access The only downside was that sometimes we would have trouble. I would highly recommend this place.
Nice cabin not far off the beaten path. Would be nice if there was a little more parking at the cabin, but it worked. We would stay again if in the area.

Great place. Easy and close to all the attractions. Beautiful place
If you are coming up during the winter time beware of the snow and rent or have a four wheel drive vehicle. Lack of communication between guest owner. Nice cabin a group relaxing vacation during the winter time the week after new years.
Had a great time with my family. Cabin and view was very nice. Caretaker got back to me quickly when I had a concern about the hot tub. Only downfall is the water pipes are loud when water is running.

Great cabin. Not meant for more than one child. Bedrooms stacked over each other and can hear every single little noise even with sound machines in rooms. Not super clean. Light outside bedroom can not be turned off and is super bright at night. Towels very limited. Bugs everywhere in house. Great place for adults maybe 2 couples.
The cabin was very nice and we really enjoyed all the facilities. My only complaint is that the TV in the Master Bedroom was black and white and too small. Besides that everything was wonderful.
Very clean and great location. I would recommend a larger TV in the main living room and for all of the bedrooms to have a TV. The only bedroom that has a TV is the main bedroom upstairs and it is tiny!!! It is a 13 inch TV and you can barely see it from the bed. Overall a wonderful home!

Nice
Nice clean place with a great view and location. However, if it is advertised for up to 12 people, there should be 12 place settings. There were only 4 forks and 6 plates. Fire alarm in kitchen was blinking red but fortunately did not start sounding a battery replacement alarm. Stairway light jittery.
I’ll start with the bad since that’s what people really wanna know…The house has thin walls/poor insulation which allows noise to easily penetrate and travel through. If people are on different sleep schedules, this will be a big problem because anytime water is running, doors/cabinets closing, or people are walking or talking, everyone in the house can hear it. When the water is running, it causes a loud vibrating noise throughout the house. The Internet also dropped in and out throughout our stay making it difficult for my husband who was trying to do Teams calls for work. The pool is not the greatest. My son said there was hair and Band-Aids in it. Kitchen had a few weird design things, like you have to open the oven to be able to open one of the drawers. I’m short and couldn’t reach the one of the cabinets. If you have questions, it takes a day or two for the property manager to respond. The phone numbers they provide go straight to a voicemail. One of the cleaning ladies did call me back though, and I appreciated that.We love the view from the porch, and spent most of our time there. We had a sweet little raccoon that came to visit us each night and ate right out of our hands. Some people might not like this, but we loved our little friend. We came home one night, and he was sitting at the door waiting on us. Hot tub was great fun for kids. Location is great and close to all the major stuff. The cabin was clean, plenty of hangers and drawer space.

Disappointed
Disappointed in our stay at Sherwood Forest Resort as it was advertised as a peaceful and quiet gated community however the gates were never locked while we were staying there, the cabin two doors down drove up and down the street with their loud sports cars and motorcycles, they idled their vehicles for hours very some minutes from 11pm to 3:30pm so we did not sleep the entire time we were there. There was also black mold in the downstairs shower and downstairs had that damp musty smell. Our adult kids who were staying down there moved to another cabin on the second night.
We came to celebrate our birthdays. The cabin is perfect for your family and/or friends. The view is AMAZING. Plenty of space to come together and play cards or games. Yet still be able to have privacy. Downstairs bedrooms are ideal for children or that person who snores. One bedroom is on the main floor and is perfect for someone who has problem with steps. The master bedroom is upstairs and is a private room with a door for privacy, that open onto the balcony with the pool table. Hot tub was amazing. We had small issues that were addressed by the owner and a very friendly and helpful handyman asap. There are no TVs in the bedrooms except for the master bedroom. Wi-Fi has no password which made it very hard to connect to. There are cabins all around you, but you feel secluded. It's always exciting to see bears when you come to the mountains. Please be warned that they have become plentiful and active. Strongly suggest that you purchase a bear horn. All in all, great trip at a great place with great friends. We will be returning.
Great location! Nice, large older cabin. Main floor balcony door handle is about to fall off. Two kitchen cabinet door hinges are broken. Broken tiles in kitchen & dining room. Lower balcony floor boards are broken & not safe to go out on. WATER PIPES ROAR EVERY TIME they are used and IT’S LOUD. The coffee pot looks like it’s never been washed - We couldn’t use it. We might would consider staying there again if these things were fixed. Overall stay okay. Very limited parking. Hot tub great but balcony had a half used bag of melt away, a thrown Clorax bottle beside the hot tube & cabin, and a rug that was thrown under the furniture on it. Just needs a little TLC. Wonderful main floor balcony furniture and view.
