WIFI. Garden with terrace. Barbecue. Garden furniture. Garage. 3 bicycles available (2 adults and 1 junior). Parking spaces. Gas heating. Washing machine. Beautiful environment with a stream flowing to the bottom of the garden requiring supervision with young children. Very good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, supplement animal (1 only dog allowed), deposit by imprint bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.

maison non conforme à notre attente

maison sale à notre arrivée. Toiles d'araignées dans toutes les pièces au rez de chaussée (nous ne sommes pas allés au 1er étage car nous étions que 2 personnes.) La maison n'avait pas été nettoyée la poubelle de salle de bains n'était pas vidée. Des toiles d'araignée à la porte d'entrée . Pas de wifi pendant 4 jours et c'est nous locataires qui avons dû attendre les agents d'Orange. Une agence qui ne fait strictement pas d'effort. Nous avons reçu un virement de 50 euros du propriétaire mais nous avons adressé un mail à l'agence LE GUILLOUZER TREGASTEL le 20 juillet pour qu'ils nous remboursent la somme de 95 € que nous avons réglée pour le ménage final ainsi qu'un dédommagement pour les 4 jours sans WIFI. Pas de réponse de leur part. Bravo, nous ne passerons plus par eux pour une location.
