Super fun home with bikes on the best street in Riverside!

Come enjoy our little house in the most fun neighborhood of Jacksonville.

It's a very short walk away from Bold Bean coffee, excellent tapas at 13 Gypsies, a great vinyl record store, fantastic fried chicken, and much, much more.

We also have bikes that you can use to cruise around to all the awesome shops, bars, restaurants, live music venues, and movie theaters. The bikes even have cell phone holders & drink holders.

Come and go at your leisure with a code we'll send you for the Nest smart locks on all three doors.

Both bedrooms -- and the living room -- have TCL Roku TV's. They're already logged into Sling TV, Netflix, ESPN+, and Disney+, but feel free to log us out and log yourself in. There are Chromecasts, too. Plus, the master bedroom has a brand new Simmons Beautyrest king size mattress.

We also have strategically placed smart speakers throughout the home -- and they're linked together! Want to hear your favorite music throughout the house? Just ask Google. There's also super fast WiFi.

We also have new AC units that are controlled via remotes. The ceiling fans are controlled via remote, too.

Oh, and if that's not enough remote controls, we also have an NES Classic in the living room!

The bedrooms, dining room, and living room have usb-c, micro USB, and iPhone chargers, too.

The kitchen is full of snacks, sodas, a bottle of wine for you, and spices/oils/etc for cooking. The kitchen has pots, pans, microwave, etc, and an Illy coffee maker with more coffee and espresso pods than you'll ever be able to drink. There's also an Aeropress with ground Illy coffee.

For breakfast there's Umpqua Oats oatmeal, Kind bars, and Nutrigrain bars as well as a selection of Taylor's Fine British Teas and the aforementioned Illy coffee.

The bathroom is stocked with individually packed toiletries, in case you forgot something. We also provide human-sized bars of Dove soap, as opposed to those tiny little hotel bars of soap.

Need to do some laundry? No problem, we have a washer, dryer, and detergent. Want a long, hot shower? We just installed a fancy new 55 gallon hot water heater. There's also have a nice ironing board and iron for you to use.

Care to unwind and enjoy the weather? There's a lovely little fire pit with firewood, starter logs, adirondack chairs, and 'smores kits. (and bug spray, just in case).

Oh, and we also have beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, a beach tote and umbrellas in case you're headed out to Jax Beach!

And to be clear, you'll have absolutely the entire property. This is not an apartment, not a divided home, not a loft, and not a carriage house.

This home is 96 years old but we've done a ton of work on it and we think you'll love it as much as we do!
