Originally from Texas, I moved to CA to enjoy the perfect weather and beaches and I like being able to share that amazing walkable beachtown lifestyle with guests who want to enjoy all that this amazing place offers.
Why they chose this property
I really love the walkability of this neighborhood. You are right by the ocean and can enjoy amazing views of the water and the San Clemente coastline from the home, or relax on the big deck in the back. It is right in the heart of downtown Dana Point, so you can walk or bike to all the restaurants, coffee shops and retails spots just outside your doorstep.
What makes this property unique
This home just exudes rustic charm and is so full of character. It was owned formerly by a famous local artist who used the home as his studio, and you can tell why he picked this home. It also has a very nice large lot with a big backyard which is great for entertaining or just soaking up the views and the sunshine.
