Welcome to our modern beach condo, the perfect home away from home. Within 1 mile of DOHENY STATE BEACH, and CAPISTRANO BEACH. You'll quickly have your toes in the sand, listening to the sound of the waves and breathing in the sweet ocean breeze. This get away is 5 minutes to the DANA POINT harbor. Privately tucked away, yet close freeways, shopping and fun beach activities. This home is fully equipped with central heat among other comfortable amenities we enjoy, and we know you will too.

The space
Enjoy the sea breeze from our patio right in to the comforts of home as it all flows together like the ocean. Each room has touches of the ocean brining you closer to this lovely beach community. We've stocked the condo with most of the essentials to make any length of stay comfortable. HD mounted Smart TV's with Netflix and Hulu included. High speed wifi suitable for all needs.

Please be comfortable and make yourself at home. What is there, is provided for you to use while you're staying with us. Including fully stocked kitchen supplies and utensils. Keurig and biodegradable coffee pods, Washer and dryer on site as well as a the condo's laundry mat. Our heated community pool, is regularly cleaned and wonderful to take a dip in.

Most beautiful short term stay I’ve ever had!

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay with Martha! Absolutely beautiful, peaceful home. She’s an amazing host, beyond helpful and I’m so grateful for having met her during this time. Highly recommend this rental without reservation!

3-month stay

My wife and I stayed at this condo for 3 months while looking for permanent housing in the area. This property was the perfect place for us as it is private, fully furnished, and came with all the required necessities to move in right away. PROS: * Easy check, host provided all info to move in on our own * Very clean * The washer and dryers included were perfect for a weeks worth of laundry for 2 people, and we never felt the need to use the paid washers * No unit AC, but there is a portable unit that we set up in the bedroom that worked very well * Close proximity to the beach keeps the house cool all day * Decent sized dishwasher, works well * Small patio, but nice space to hang out * Lots of storage space, huge closet in master bedroom * Parking is close, and there are unmarked spots for guests * Quiet/safe community CONS: * Some of the kitchen equipment was old and beat up, but we had everything we needed to cook about anything we wanted * Kitchen chairs are uncomfortable * Master shower doesn’t drain well * Poor lighting in the guest bedroom Overall, this is a great place to stay for a short stay, week vacation or longer. I highly recommend staying here. The host was accommodating to my needs, however, sometimes communicating was not as quick or smooth as it could’ve been. There was never any question of privacy from the host, and I truly felt at home here during my stay.
