Located near restaurants, beaches, hotels, and the harbor in Dana Point! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, and living room with sofa bed. Master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV & cable, shower & private bathroom, and large walk in closet. Second bedroom includes a queen bed, full dresser, comfy armchair, and also a large walk in closet. Second bathroom is located next to second bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen with small breakfast table, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven, & large fridge. Large dining room table seats 8! Living room includes 50" flat screen smart TV & cable; and sofa can be pulled out to become a queen bed. Ritz Pointe pool & clubhouse just steps away from unit. A gas grill is provided on the patio. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella included with rental!

This was such a great little condo in the best location for our family vacation this summer. It had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive. Easy check in process and lots of accessible house hold items available to use. Would absolutely stay here again!

A lovely, comfortable condo in a great location. The complex is beautiful & safe with a nice pool and hot tub area. The host answered all our questions promptly (not that we had many as all the info we needed was given to us) & was helpful. This unit is perfectly located within its complex for easy access. The walk to sand creek beach is very scenic and was a highlight of the trip. Well appointed kitchen and private laundry were a big plus. The owner is easily reached and very nice.

This condo is a family project. Brian is the owner and Tara, his daughter is the property manager (both pictured). Tara and her husband Luke and their three children live in Dana Point. Brian and his wife Denise live in the Phoenix area in Arizona. The condo is a perfect place for Denise and Brian to stay while they are spoiling their grandkids. They are pleased to be able to share it with others the rest of the time.
