The large 200 foot ocean facing patio leads into the great room with an open kitchen and dining room - all with ocean views. Casa Vista has two bedrooms, each with king beds and two full baths. The unit has its own washer and dryer to make doing laundry easy.
The unit is located on the ground floor (no steps) and has its own garage space. This makes it especially easy to come into the unit if you are carrying suitcases or shopping bags. The unit is handicap accessible and is completely furnished with everything you need for a fabulous vacation.

The large patio overlooking the ocean is a great place for a private barbecue and dinner on a summer night.

The unit overlooks Strands Beach in the Headlands- just 1/4 mile south of the famed Ritz Carlton Hotel and Salt Creek Beach Park, and is located adjacent to the path to the beach on top of the bluff. It is very quiet, peaceful and safe. It is truly one of the most unforgettable spots you will ever find. The condo is furnished impeccably by the artist/owner and has everything you could need for a vacation.

A 10 minute wall will take you into town where you will find many wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. Dana Point Harbor is about 1.5 miles away and makes for a longer walk or short drive for lunch or for a coffee.

We have a fourplex ( I live in one of the units) with identical units of approximately 1,000 square ft facing the ocean. Sometimes our guests want to extend their stays and we try to accommodate them and have to move other guests to one of the sister units. Rest assured they are all exceptional with extraordinary views of the ocean and rent for the same amount. You will be happy in any of them.
