A recently completed Five Star remodel with newly added AC units has added even more luxuries to the magnificent get away. Sleeps 5 guests! Enjoy the breathtaking views from this fabulous property 200 feet above the most beautiful beach in Orange County. A large front deck, with a privacy barrier, gives you unparalleled views of the waves crashing on the beach below, the coastline north to Palos Verdes Peninsula and Catalina Island sunsets to the West. While sipping your morning coffee you may see a pod of dolphins swimming amongst the surfers..

Enjoy a rear 325 square foot outdoor living area with a gas barbeque, dining table and complete privacy for sunbathing if you choose.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort, and the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort and Spa are minuets away. For the golf enthusiast there are multiple championship courses nearby.

You are a short distance from Dana Harbor Marina that offers world class dolphin and whale watching tours. The surfing enthusiast finds this location central to many great breaks including the Strand Beach just below, and Salt Creek a short walk along the beach.

This property is located on a cul de sac adjacent to the Dana Point Headlands Preserve with a short hiking trail over the headlands that leads you the Conservation Interpretive Center and the Marina overlook.

You have access to the paved beach trail just steps away from the property.

Enjoy dining at some of the finest restaurants in Southern California, some within walking distance from the condo.

The kitchen has everything needed for the gourmet chef if you choose to dine in.

Surf View has two flat screen TV’s with Cox Preferred Contour TV lineup, High Speed Internet access via WiFi, a bluetooth Bose Speaker, and a gas fireplace.

This is an upper unit with no one above you. . All linens are provided as are beach towels, chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids. There is assigned parking in front of garage #3 as well as ample free street parking.

Beautiful view, very comfortable rooms, kitchen was fully furnished. Beach path to Dana Strands Beach was really close (fyi lots of steps) and other trails are nearby with beautiful views. About a mile to Salt Creek Beach to walk to or drive to public parking. 5 min drive to Dana Point Harbor for whale watching tours. Host had great communication. Had a wonderful stay, Thank you!

Beautiful location, really quiet cul-de-sac with great views. You can hear the ocean but not overly loud to distract from your stay. Fireplace was a nice touch as we stayed during late December and it rained half the time. Kitchen is fully equipped and beds were very comfortable.

We loved our small vacation - wanted a getaway with 180 degree ocean view of Pacific coast, close to the beach yet away from hustle and this place is everything we wanted.
