A recently completed Five Star remodel with newly added AC units has added even more luxuries to the magnificent get away. Sleeps 5 guests! Enjoy the breathtaking views from this fabulous property 200 feet above the most beautiful beach in Orange County. A large front deck, with a privacy barrier, gives you unparalleled views of the waves crashing on the beach below, the coastline north to Palos Verdes Peninsula and Catalina Island sunsets to the West. While sipping your morning coffee you may see a pod of dolphins swimming amongst the surfers..

Enjoy a rear 325 square foot outdoor living area with a gas barbeque, dining table and complete privacy for sunbathing if you choose.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort, and the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort and Spa are minuets away. For the golf enthusiast there are multiple championship courses nearby.

You are a short distance from Dana Harbor Marina that offers world class dolphin and whale watching tours. The surfing enthusiast finds this location central to many great breaks including the Strand Beach just below, and Salt Creek a short walk along the beach.

This property is located on a cul de sac adjacent to the Dana Point Headlands Preserve with a short hiking trail over the headlands that leads you the Conservation Interpretive Center and the Marina overlook.

You have access to the paved beach trail just steps away from the property.

Enjoy dining at some of the finest restaurants in Southern California, some within walking distance from the condo.

The kitchen has everything needed for the gourmet chef if you choose to dine in.

This is an upper unit with no one above you. . All linens are provided as are beach towels, chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids. There is assigned parking in front of garage #3 as well as ample free street parking.

Amazing Christmas stay!

Short getaway

Amazing view of Dana point strand beach perched high on the Dana strand cliff. Tastefully decorated, thoughtfully stocked. Everything worked great. Clean. Helpful signs posted, especially if you follow them. Owner was responsive and professional with attention to detail. We hope to stay again when we return to this area. Much enjoyed!!

Wonderful Experience

I lived in Dana Point for years and love to return and spend time at the beach. This condo was perfect for doing just that. Everything you need is already there. Well stocked and beautifully maintained home. Five Stars. Already booked next summer

Great view, but no AC

We were disappointed about the lack of air-conditioning but definitely enjoyed the view. With the windows and doors open, we did get a breeze, but also could hear neighbors talking and watching TV. Also, the light turned off while we were showering in the master shower. It’s on a timer. Lauren was very helpful and attentive though.

With Inflation, it is now billion dollar views!

Beautiful views to watch the surfers and beach goers. Property was well furnished with easy access to the beach and plenty of shopping, art and restaurants within a five minute drive. Excellent communication with the property manager. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Stunning View

Our stay was wonderful, from timely communication with the owner to extremely easy check in/check out. The unit had comfortable beds, plenty of towels, adequate kitchen with all one needs for meal prep (pans, foil, oil, spices...) The owners provided a Keurig with pods, but we bought coffee and enjoyed the percolator coffee pot...it worked like a charm! We were able to walk the nature trail on Dana Point and see the fantastic views and also go down the hill to the beach. From the deck we enjoyed watching the surfers, but we were especially excited to see whale spouts (Fin Whales?) and dolphins and oh so many birds! The owners had binoculars for the experience. This was a great place, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

The four of us stayed at this beautiful property for spring brake. It was super clean, very well stocked with everything you could need to cook. The beds were comfortable and the location was amazing. Spectacular views. We hope to return soon.

Perfect location, gorgeous ocean view, clean top floor condo!

We loved our stay. The bed was comfortable in the main bedroom, comfy pillows, quiet. You can hear the ocean waves from the balcony. The place was very well stocked and had everything we needed. This is close to so many other beach towns in the OC. I like that there is no carpet- that was a huge selling point for us! We would stay here again- great communication with property owner/manager.

Outstanding!

This is our second time staying at this property and it was another amazing experience. Communication, courtesy, hospitality, and professionalism of the managing team were above and beyond. The condo itself is gorgeous and comfortable with every amenity and convenience you could want. And nothing beats the incredible view. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in the area and we will definitely return. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Simply amazing

Have travelled to Dana Point annually from 2010-2018. First time back since 2018. Just as beautiful and magical as ever. This condo is in the PERFECT location and the view is SIMPLY AMAZING! Everything was just as pictured. The fireplace, the cool breezes and spectacular view can not be beat! Had a fantastic time, walked 6-8 miles a day, everywhere. Can walk to many restaurants, the beach, hike trails, the marina, parks etc. Absolutely perfect. Our best friends joined us for 4 days, it was their first time in Dana Point and they LOVED it just like we do. They can’t wait to schedule their next trip back. We will all be back again and again.

Birthday Week on the Beach

My family and I stayed here for a week to celebrate my birthday and to visit family who live in the area. This is the most superb place that I have ever stayed. The accessibility to the beach, the sea breeze, the views and the sunsets were amazing! This was also the BEST accommodated rental property that I have ever been. The beds were comfortable, every pot, pan, dish, coffee maker, utensil, blender that you can think of needing, at your disposal. Definitely a 5 out if 5 stars and I would love to stay here again! Thank you Dan for providing such a beautiful place to vacation and recharge my battery! ❤️
