Great experience working with Derek. He was fast to communicate and the property was clean. It’s steps from the beach and really great coffee and food options. Would recommend staying here for a sunny CA weekend.

Charming and comfortable accommodations at the beach. Great location with every household and beach amenity we needed. We enjoyed the firepit at sunset with a beautiful beach view. Our host was responsive. We will definitely be back!

Overall it is a great location in regards to food, shopping and busy beach. Very congested area. I was surprised that we shared the courtyard and would be in such close proximity with another VRBO. We didn't realize this, and it was a little awkward running into other people from the time we checked in until we left. It was awkward being able to see inside their windows, and with a shared area between homes it felt like we were sharing the same space. Because of this we had to keep blinds closed which took away from the small view of the ocean that the home offers. Lots of traffic outside residence for beach access. I must have misunderstood listing to be more private location.

We had the most amazing stay in Laguna Beach at this beautiful home! My 14-year-old niece was visiting California for the very first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location or a more beautiful place for the three of us—my sister, my niece, and me. The beach is literally just steps from the house, and the views are incredible.The home itself is absolutely gorgeous. We felt so spoiled during our stay, and it truly made our vacation unforgettable. I plan to come back every year to visit family, and I’m already hoping this home is available when we do!The owner was wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions I had. Location was great! I read in reviews that the sofa bed is uncomfortable. I messaged the owner and they went out to get a new mattress for the sofa bed. I appreciate that they were making the effort to make our stay more comfortable.

This was a perfect house for my family. Having more than one bathroom was so nice for my married kids. We had 5 adults and one baby. The location is prime. Once we parked our cars in the private driveway, we walked everywhere we needed to go. The beach is right down the stairs. The shops and restaurants were all amazing and were a nice break from playing on the beach. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. It was one of our favorite getaways. Will book again.

Great Spot for Our Family and Kids!

Being so close to the beach and a tub for the kids, not to mention the outdoor shower and foot rinse available before stepping into the house was really advantageous. Also enjoyed the fire pit at night while the kids were asleep which was close enough to hear if they woke up/needed anything.

Great location, clean and comfortable place

We had a fantastic time even if the weather didn't cooperate. Beach is steps away, tide pools and nearby arch were a hit w the kids. Didn't mind spending time indoors on a rainy day.
