Very nice place, clean and updated. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Location was fantastic, quick walk down to the beach and all the little restaurants at the pier. In house laundry was a big plus. Great trip, highly recommend!

Awesome home and location!

We had an incredible time staying at this property in San Clemente! It was clean and well supplied and the owner was super responsive and helpful. Short walk to great restaurants, the pier and the beach. Definitely recommend!

Relaxing at the beach

The property was clean, inviting and updated with a great location. Lorraine the property manager was very helpful and was available when needed. Access was easy and everything was wonderful. Fabulous

Great location, 2 streets back from the beachfront, easy 2 minute walk to the beach, pier, beach trail, coffee shops, restaurants, convenience store. More restaurants & boutique stores just up the road. Lovely apartment - cozy, spacious, comfortable & homely. Kitchen was well stocked. Host was super accommodating to all our needs & requests. Very happy overall.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo! It was a very pleasant space with nice, fresh decor, and everything exceeded our expectations. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked, appliances new, and the space was very clean. The washer and dryer were a nice perk, as were the three separate balconies. Also enjoyed using some of the beach equipment. Location can't be beat, walking distance to beach and the pier -- and a good workout coming up the hill! Lorraine was very responsive and made everything related to check in and out very easy. Would definitely stay again!

A perfect vacation!

This property couldn’t have been better. It was SO clean, the kitchen had everything you could want, the furniture was great and all the decoration was just perfect. The beds were really comfortable which is so often not the case. The apartment was literally one block from the ocean and little street side restaurants. It has a view of the ocean, though not a big one, but just lovely to sit on the balcony early in the morning with a coffee, and in the evening to see the sun going down. Though we didn’t use it, the BBQ looked brand new. This was without doubt the best quality home we have rented for a vacation and we have already booked for a longer stay for next year! Thank you Lorraine!!

Perfect Trip to San Clemente!

This was our first time to San Clemente, being from AZ we have hit a lot of beach towns and homes each year and after the first sunset view we immediately wanted to book again! The location is perfect, the house is exactly as described. The communication before and during was great, even helped with food recommendations. My husband and our three kids had a great time and plenty of space. Plenty of towels and chairs for the beach! If you are traveling with a toddler like we were, the rollaway twin bed was perfect!! We didn’t need it but they have a crib, high chair and swing for a baby! Such a nice touch knowing the space they take up, also the stroller was great for the hills to walk! Thank you and we can’t wait to come back!!

Location, location, location!

We enjoyed the apartment! The master bedroom had a comfortable, king bed and its own half bathroom plus a mini outdoor area. The little balcony was our table with a small but wonderful view of the ocean. The windows inside also brought light and delight into the apartment! We could walk 2-3 blocks to the pier, beach and walking trail, snack on ice cream, crepes, coffee and other goodies. It's a 5-10 minute lovely walk gradually uphill) into town. Be aware that the parking space in front of the garage is short and narrow with adjacent ones for residents. Go slow and it will be ok. Stairs up to the apartment. We would love to stay here again!

Everything was better than I expected. The living room fit at least 10 people, and we had family visiting for the day and it was fabulous. The grill was marvelous, parking was easy, everything needed for the beach was there. It was just beautiful. Definitely worth it. We have family nearby so we were able to visit with everybody. It truly was a three minute walk to the beach. The pier was fun for dinner and appetizers. We could walk to shopping and went to the weekend market. All appliances worked beautifully. The rooms were comfortable and beds very comfortable.

Our family really enjoyed San Clemente and the condo! The condo was just a short walk to the beach and a nice stroll up the hill to restaurants and shops. Loved the spacious layout and it was perfect for our family of five, with a pullout couch and a roll away bed, super comfy. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean. Really liked that there was a garage and a parking space in the driveway since we had two cars! Definitely recommend this adorable condo. Thank you for the memories.

Home Away From Home!

All you need to know about this wonderful rental is that we seem to return every year! The location, in the Pier Bowl, is easily walkable to the pier and downtown. We especially enjoy the beautiful sunsets in a large, comfortable, well decorated living room. Beds are comfortable. Lorraine is a perfect host!

Vacation with our daughter

Our daughter lives in Laguna Hills. So we vacation in California once a year. The castle was clean it had everything we needed and it's a block away from the ocean. Just a fantastic place.

Perfect Location

The neighborhood is quiet in the evenings and you are only two blocks from restaurants and the pier. During the summer months there is a wonderful trolley that will take you up to the outlets, and main town where there are many good restaurants and cute shops. The condo is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The only thing I would change is they need more silverware a frying pan and maybe a few more glasses for having guests. I enjoyed San Clemente it is a great beach town. We loved walking everyday on the beach. Great Stay!

Location!!!

Me and my daughters had a great time during our stay at the castle! Super spacious and in a great location too. Only a 5 minute walk from the San Clemente pier. The rooms were cozy and we had a pretty view from the living room windows! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

I liked this building and area because it has a comfortable relaxing feel. Dress casual, feel comfortable, eat good food, view of the ocean. one minute walk to the pier and ocean. We went to visit the area and I immediately loved it. When we saw the building and what the area had to offer it felt like home but on vacation. When I am there I relax and unwind. Old town feel by the ocean.
