Just a quick walk to the beach, this charming and bright 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1950's Beach Cottage has comfortable accommodations and ideal location close to quaint shops, unique restaurants, fun watering holes as well as the nearby beach and walking trails.

You will enjoy the spacious open floor plan with Saltillo tile throughout. Gather in the Living Room featuring a comfy love seat and sofa-bed with 48' TV and plenty of room for reading, game playing or just relaxing.

Roomy Master Bedroom has King sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Guest Bedroom provides Queen sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Both are convenient to the shared Bathroom.

The open Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils with granite counters. Dining area seats four at the table.

San Clemente Pier and Amtrak Train Station along with dining, and shopping are just minutes away.

Complimentary back pack beach chairs, body boards, sun umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience.

The Beach Cottage provides all you'll need to enjoy everything that this charming town offers.

Great Location, Friendly Neighborhood

We stayed here for 3 nights in April 2025 while visiting from the Bay Area for my daughter's baby shower weekend. The space was a perfect size for my mom, my significant other, and me. We enjoyed having coffee each morning on the front patio, strolling to downtown for shopping and dining, and walking to the beach and pier. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved this beach cottage

Our family loved staying at this cute beach cottage. The home was very clean, close walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, east parking, beds were comfy, stocked kitchen, loved the front yard area. We woukd definitely stay here again!

The Beach Cotttage was great. Close to everything, clean and comfortable. The property manager was very knowledgeable about the town and area and a most gracious hostess. I really enjoyed my stay.

Incredible cottage by the coast

We had a wonderful visit at the San Clemente beach cottage! The home was well supplied and had everything we could ask for! We will most certainly be coming back and hope to stay here again!

Clean little beach house

We had a blast staying here, place was clean and had everything advertised +. It was nice to have a fenced little patch of grass for the dog and kids to hang out. Nice little walk to the pier/ocean/food/coffee The owner/manager was great, she had some boogie boards and beach chairs ready to go for those who want to play at the beach.

Wonderful stay near the beach!

We loved our stay at Jen’s home. The cottage was the perfect size for our small family (two adults, one kid, one small dog), and had all the amenities we could’ve wanted. Walkable to the beach/pier and Avenida Del Mar for shopping/ restaurants. Jen was so welcoming. We’ll be back!

A relaxing time in San Clemente

My husband (and dog) and I just loved this place! It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but also very close to the downtown area (about a 10 minute walk). The house is just adorable with a cute fenced in white-picket fence and a fully-equipped kitchen. The owner could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. We are coming back next month because we loved it so much.

Great place for our family vacation

Great sport for families or couples. Quick walk to the beach (uphill on the way back). Tons of food options. Close to grocery stores/coffee shops. Great beaches for surfing, boogie boarding and for kids to play (loved the swings at the beaches too). Onsite laundry was great. Owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great beach cottage convenient to town, beach, & pier

We had a great week in this cute beach cottage. There was ample room for our family of four and it really is more spacious than the pictures suggest. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, and having all the beach ear was fantastic! We loved being able to walk to town and to the beach. Being there on July 4th was extra fun and exciting! Communication with Jen, both ahead of time and while there was great! I would love to return and definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling to San Clemente!

It was perfect !

We enjoyed staying for 2 weeks at your beach house after the birth of our grandson . The great location allowed us to easily walk to our son and daughter in law’s house, as well as take long walks on the beach . Your house was well appointed with everything we needed ! The laundry room was really appreciated ! We will be back !!!

My husband and I both grew up in Southern California swimming and body surfing at various beaches. Some fond memories are of the times when, as a child, my family camped at San Clemente.

Why they chose this property

Several years ago my daughter, Jennifer, relocated to San Clemente and I became reacquainted with this charming and quaint town. The property also has a studio apartment in which Jennifer lives and is as helpful as you want her to be during your stay.

San Clemente is in the perfect spot to explore the beach towns of Orange County as well as San Diego. A few possibilities are:

DANA POINT HARBOR
Visit the Ocean Institute (marine exhibits, tall ship The Spirit of Dana Point) or get up close and personal with dolphins with Captain Dave. SANTA CATALINA ISLAND by ferry makes for a unique summer's day trip. Check for times and dates for all of these.

LEGO LAND in Carlsbad
Fun for the younger ones.

OCEANSIDE HARBOR
A real fishing harbor. Nice stop for a quick meal of fresh-off-the-boat Fish & Chips.

SAN DIEGO
Sea World, Balboa Park with Zoo and Old Globe Theater, Historic Old Town, USS Midway Museum are just a few worthwhile stops.
