Adorable 2 bedroom beach cottage – short walk to private association beach and The Cape Cod Rail Trail. This 2 bedroom, 1 Bath beach cottage is everything you need for your Cape Cod vacation! Enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off from a day on the beach. The Gas Grill is located on the deck which is perfect for an evening Barbeque or a nice lunch break. There is a small grassy yard in the backyard, great for playing games. The property is centrally located - close to Restaurants, Bakeries, Coffee Shops and most importantly, the private beach! The Cape Cod Rail Trail is a short walk or bike ride, which runs from Dennis - Wellfleet. You don’t want to miss out on this great rental!

Non-refundable Administrative Fee of $295, Cleaning Fee $100 Linen rental available at an additional cost , plus applicable state and local taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

Cute little bungalow in the Cape

Great beach getaway

This beach house was perfect getaway for family of 4. Short walk to beach and we used our wagon to transport items to the beach. There were beach chairs and toys available for use. Beach was sandy and little to no waves during low tide and small to medium waves during high tide. During low tide you can walk very far out on mud flats. It was very fun. I was a little confused by the listing versus the email on what to bring, but there were bed linens and towels, starter paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper that we didn’t even use all of, hand soap, dish soap, hair dryer, cleaners. We both cooked and went out to eat as both were convenient. Overall a great vacation for our family.

Great Brewster beach location!

Excellent location, clean, and with lots of small amenities that not all properties bother to provide such as beach chairs/toys, laundry and dish soap, dish towels etc. The deck was wonderful and we ate all our meals there and the downstairs storage was great for our bikes. The living room furniture and outdoor shower have seen better days and could use an upgrade but the pictures were accurate so no real complaints. Overall my family had a wonderful time and we would stay there again.

We loved the very short walk to the private beach (and the beach toys stored at the house), the big deck, the outdoor shower, the quiet street, and the convenience to town. Most anything needed in the kitchen was there. We'll forever hold the happy memories from our stay here.
