Spacious studio with terrace and mountain views

Pretty 32m2 studio on the ground floor in a chalet located 400 m from the village and 100 m from the slopes. Cleaning fee €20 required to be paid on site. Sheet option: €15 for BZ 160X190, €10 for a single bed, €5 for a towel kit. I remain at your disposal for discounts on several nights depending on the period. A superb view of the Aravis with quality services. After skiing, the children will extend their evening by going tobogganing (small track) at the residence level to land on the studio's private terrace. - Kitchenette with oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, pressure cooker, fridge/freezer, hood, electric kettle, toaster, raclette, well equipped with kitchen utensils. Dining area for 4 people, new BZ 160X190 quality mattress (with duvet, pillows, sheets are optional), TNT flat screen TV, DVD player. Small closed bedroom with window and 2 bunk beds (with duvets, pillows, mattress pads, sheets are optional), Bathroom with 140 x 90 shower, WC and hairdryer. Baby equipment (baby bed, high chair). Great location, fantastic views

Excellent base for skiing. Both downhill snowsports and cross country skiing can be accessed via a chairlift a few minute away. The studio apartment has good facilities for self catering. Good communication with the host who was very quick to reply to messages.

Emplacement et appartement agréable

J'ai séjourné fin Avril. Donc pas de ski. L'emplacement est agréable pas loin d'un télésiège. L'appartement est bien agencé avec un emplacement de parking extérieur. Attention, c'est au 482, près du panneau de sortie de la ville quand vous allez vers les Saisies. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. L'appartement est au RDC d'un chalet en hauteur.

Joli petit appartement

Nous avons bien apprécié que l'appartement soit chauffé correctement avant notre arrivée. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la vu car nous avons eu du brouillard et de la pluie durant tous notre séjour. On n'a pas eu de chance, mais la station est sympa et est restée à taille humaine. idéal en famille.
