The apartment has a fitted and equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, fondue and raclette set.
Balcony views of the mountain and slopes. Overlooking the Valentin Esplanade, there may be some noise pollution during the winter season (above bars).
Ski locker outside the residence.

Access to the central terrace of the Valentin Esplanade will be prohibited (covered parking work). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane.
