PET RECEPTION CONDITIONS

The acceptance of domestic animals does not exempt us from the hygiene and safety regulations in force. Therefore, we request that our guests provide us with all the necessary information regarding their pets before making any reservations. We do not accept pets without prior information. We do not accept potentially dangerous pets. Any dangerous behavior by a pet will result in the immediate termination of the rental. We do not offer pet-sitting services as we are not authorized to do so. To ensure everyone's comfort, we accept no more than two pets per stay. Guests are solely responsible for the behavior and safety of their pets. Any damage to the property (villa, garden, and pool) will be automatically charged or deducted from the security deposit. Please note that unattended pets within our property must comply with hygiene and safety regulations. Therefore, pets should not be left confined inside the accommodation in the owners' absence. The open terrace and fenced garden provide ample space and comfort for pets throughout their stay.

ENERGY AND ECOLOGICAL TRANSITIONS

All living areas of the accommodation are air-conditioned and ventilated. However, during this period of ecological and energy transition, we encourage our guests to use the air conditioning responsibly. We ask that you turn off the air conditioners when not in use and avoid leaving doors open when the air conditioning is running. If we notice excessive or abusive use of the air conditioning, we reserve the right to turn it off to preserve the environment and maintain responsible energy consumption. The villa, being just a five-minute walk from the beach, benefits from the trade winds, providing natural climate comfort, especially for those who enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the hammocks available.

RECEPTION OF GATHERINGS AND SMOKING AREA

We do not allow large festive gatherings (karaoke, wedding receptions, dance parties) as our accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for such events. The preferred setting is therefore family-oriented but also intimate. We allow our guests to invite a few friends to the villa, provided that it does not disturb the harmonious comfort of everyone (including the neighbors). The total number of guests should not exceed half the number of travelers staying. The leisure areas, parking spaces, and access to digital and multimedia resources of the villa are exclusively reserved for our guests. The presence of smoke detectors in all living areas of the villa means that smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, but it is permitted in the garden and surrounding areas.

PARKING

To ensure everyone's comfort, only one passenger vehicle is allowed to park inside the villa. A second vehicle can be parked outside, directly in front of the villa, taking care not to park in front of neighboring properties. If this outdoor space is not used by the reservation occupants, it can be made available for a vehicle belonging to a guest of the occupants. LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND AIRBNB CONDITIONS

The idyllic setting of our accommodation is subject to the legal framework of our territory; the use of illicit substances, prostitution, and pimping are strictly prohibited.

In accordance with Airbnb's terms, we remind you that any additional person not included in the reservation who may enjoy our accommodation will be subject to additional charges.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

We place great importance on adhering to the rules set forth to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. In the unfortunate event of any breach of these rules, we will be compelled, with regret, to terminate the current Airbnb reservation without the possibility of a refund.
