The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The property was probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The bungalow was super clean and modern. The property was well maintained inside and out. Everything you might need is provided. The location is perfect to enjoy Jacksonville, it is literally ten minutes from everything, the beach, downtown, shopping, hospitals. We opted for the 1 bedroom setup because it was just me, my wife, and our small dog. You can pay a little extra and have a second bedroom opened up. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It was the perfect space for us to enjoy a long weekend! The owners have worked hard to make sure the home has everything you could need! The communication was amazing! Such a wonderful and accommodating home!

Beautiful property

What a perfectly appointed home. The house is beautifully designed and has everything you could need for a stay in Jacksonville. The kitchen has new appliances, the bed is very comfortable, living room has comfortable seating and a very large screen TV. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and snacks! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Jax!

Wonderful Hosts and Home

I very much enjoyed the property and will always start with Rick and Mindi when coming back in the future. They are communicative, lovely people, and the home is so nice that I wouldn’t mind living there myself which is better than I can say for most of the home stays I’ve had in the area over the years. I HIGHLY recommend!

This rental was absolutely beautiful. It was like being at home.

This was the best VRBO rental we have ever stayed at. So beautifully designed. It was like being at home. It had everything we needed and much more. We were in Jacksonville because I had several appts at the Mayo Clinic. It was conveniently located to everything. The Mayo Clinic, stores, restaurants, and beaches were all less than a ten minute drive away. The owners gave us so much information on the area and were quick to respond with any questions we had. If we have to come back to the area, this will be our first choice to rent!

Comfy Cottage

It was very nice inside and out. Inside had everything we needed to be right at home. It was clean, updated all over, safe, and comfortable. The landscaping was beautiful front and back; we enjoyed some time in both places. Mindi communicated everything we needed really well. There were no issues and no questions. We gave her our estimated arrival time and when we walked in there was a light on in the living room, the thermostat was set to our preferred setting, there was nice calming music playing on the TV in the living room, and some snacks for us on the table (also some cold bottles of water in the refrigerator). We felt very welcomed!! I let my friends that we were visiting know how nice it was so that they can recommend it to others and if we need a place to stay in a future visit it is at the top of the list.

Elegant Anniversary Escape

Perfect Oasis Escape. For a change the photos don't lie. All new surfaces, appliances & tech, extremely clean, Great hosts and easy touchless checking. Great location close to the Beaches, Restaurants, Grocery and retail shopping. I will recommend and would stay again! I hardly ever make that statement. Chris W

Amazing owners, amazing property

If you have the chance to rent from Rick and Mindi, do it!!! They are both such lovely people. They are accommodating, helpful and responsive. And the house is beautiful and very clean. It has everything you’d need, including high speed internet! Lovely, lovely place!
