Charming Renovated Farmhouse with Pond, Near Nantes - WiFi, Baby Equipment Included

Located 30 km from Nantes, St Jean de Monts, and La Roche-sur-Yon, this former farmhouse has been renovated into two adjoining gîtes on the upper floor (wood storage on the ground floor).

Shared, unfenced, wooded grounds of 1200 m² with a small pond (fishing permitted).

Living room/lounge with sofa bed and open-plan kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed 140x190 cm), shower room, and separate WC.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi access, freezer compartment, baby equipment (cot, high chair, baby bath, etc.), cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€65).

Lake Grand Lieu is 14 km away.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Die Besitzer haben uns herzlich und gastfreundlich begrüßt. Wir bekamen von ihnen viele Tipps und Vorschläge für Ausflüge. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, was wir sehr genossen haben. Man kann sowohl das Meer als auch das Hinterland gut erreichen und so vieles sehen und erleben. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gern weiter 😊
