Gîte located in the countryside (next to a dairy farm), in the Don Valley, 17 km from Châteaubriant, 22 km from Ancenis and 50 km from Nantes. Gîte adjoining the owner's house.
Shared enclosed garden of 380 m² with private west-facing terrace.
The gîte is composed as follows: lounge/living room (extra bed 90x190), small separate kitchen lab area (1 step), dining area, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190), single shower room, separate WC.
Additional equipment: freezer, wifi, 2 adult bikes.
Included: sheets (beds made on arrival).
Not included: electric heating and towels. Compulsory cleaning package for professional customers (65€). Animals: deposit 100€.
Lake Vioreau 12 km away (swimming, water sports).
