In the heart of a winery, perched on a hillside with superb views of the Loire, the Athimon family welcomes you to their detached former winegrower's house, surrounded by nature. The 300 m² semi-enclosed private garden features a living room with an open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed) with a private shower room and toilet, 1 bedroom accessible via 5 steps (140x200 cm bed + 2 bunk beds (90x200 cm), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi access, radio/CD player, high chair/baby bed.
Included: aerothermal heating and electricity.
Not included: sheets and towels. A mandatory cleaning fee is €75 for business guests. Maximum 2 people for business travelers.
Pets: €100 deposit.
Hiking trails are located right next to the cottage (GR3, Loire à Vélo, etc.). St Florent-le-Vieil is 30 km away.
