What more could you ask for for your stay in Cannes beside a newly renovated, well-appointed apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace to die for? Being close to the city center on foot? Done! A swimming pool ? Done too!

In this apartment, specifically designed for short-term rentals, you will be able to enjoy the following:

- A beautiful living room with bay-windows opening directly to a dream terrace and that includes a convertible sofa, a TV set and also a dining area for 6 people.

- A fully equipped separate kitchen, with all you will need, and especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as all the appliances and tableware you could dream of.

- The first bedroom with a queen size bed, a large closet, a private bathroom and as a bonus, direct access to the terrace so you can have sunny breakfasts right out of bed.

- The second bedroom with queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with shower.

- The highlight of this apartment, the terrace with its 40m2 of space you can use for evening cocktails, al-fresco meals or any other play time or quiet moments you can think of.

Some highlights:

- Access to the nice swimming pool on property.
- Underground garage.
- Dual cooling/heating system: please use common sense and avoid setting it to 18 degrees C in the middle of August (applies to July too).
- High-speed Wifi connection, because all you need is love and wifi.
- Secured residential property.
- All shopping within 2 minutes walking distance.
- City center within 5 minutes walking distance.

And, as a bonus:

- A set of clean bed sheets is provided for each bed.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel is provided per person. Unfortunately, the size are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them.
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee...).
- But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few steps down your street, the Avenue Isola Bella, you will be able to:

- Enjoy the neighborhood “village” atmosphere of the Montfleury district while shopping in its cute shops and boutiques (bakery, pharmacy, wine shop, florist, grocery store) all within 25 seconds.

- Explore the city center by reaching the Rue d'Antibes (5 minutes on foot, or 15 if you walk on your hands).

- Go for a walk along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats (or more quietly go sip a cocktail at the Long Beach café), all this within a 13-minute walk.

- Go take a selfie like a movie star (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (15 minutes on foot).

- Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets (variable timing depending on which sidewalks you use).

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
